It may be a food truck, but trust me, these folks take coffee culture to a level that makes Starbucks seem like kindergarten. My only complaint: how do you decide what to order when you literally want to try everything on the menu? Orange blossom or Black sesame latte? Thai iced tea (made with coconut milk) or Lilikoi Cheesecake frappucino? I finally went with the Vietnamese iced coffee. Never had it before, but knew that it would be crafted competently here. My friend and I ordered an iced coffee (sweet & creamy) and an iced blueberry lavender matcha. In our opinions, they were by far the best tasting drinks we’ve had on our trip! They weren’t too sweet (which is a compliment) and the coffee beans were just really good.
