On their opening week, they were not prepared for the volume of customers. The service was extremely poor, online orders were strewn across a small white board and seated customers were mostly sitting without food. I think for each order that is supposed to take 10 mins (basing this off similar service from Daichii), the total wait time exceeded 30 mins. We purchased an online order that had an expected pickup timeframe of 20mins. However, we spent 20 mins alone waiting for the food. During that waiting time, we witnessed various food service violations - a dropped napkin that was put back amongst the lot, boiled eggs that were sitting on the floor in the kitchen, and an "expo" station that was very dirty. I don't think I've ever witnessed an opening restaurant feel so disorganized and dirty. The food was alright, but for the price L&L is two stores over.

Amazing meal, came on vacation from Waikoloa resort area. Highly recommend if you like Japanese food. Service was quick and attentive and food came out quickly. Broths were all solid, a bit lighter in flavor than others I’ve had but thought the Shoyu, Mapo, and Tonkotsu flavors were good. Also tried shrimp fried rice, gyoza, and mochiko chicken (which was best of the sides). Most surprising was the very generous portions, a combo ramen came with a mini bowl that is regular sized in other places along with the gyoza and combo selection which would have been a full meal itself. Regular ramen bowls were quite large, had to pack it all up to finish later!

The service at this ramen place was amazing!!!! From start to finish. The portions are huge. The wings were perfectly crispy the dumplings were on point, crab rangoon some people in our party loved it others were indifferent. The fries needed another minute or two in the fryer and would have been so perfect. The ramen was very good lots of flavor in the broth—the noodles were not my favorite that i have ever had but they were very good. Definitely give this place a try. You can sit inside or outside, if you choose to sit outside you can watch the sunset.
