My wife and I moved to the big island from Colorado after she was assigned to work at the local community hospital and we are very happy in our temporary residence here at Waikoloa Villas! The management and staff are very friendly and helpful; lots of Aloha here! We've met some great new friends and the grounds are absolutely immaculate! Add to that, Waikoloa Villas is the only vacation property in the area with not just one but two pools on location ( newer communities use the community pool which is nice, too)! Lots of lush grass, florals and greenery and you have a recipe for a vacation you will never forget! Golf course, ocean view, and other great accommodations round out this outstanding...
Read morePeople have an attitude in this place. We felt harassed by every move we made. My baby can't even throw a ball on the grass because the lady in the golf cart DEMANDS us to stop. Can't hang out outside because neighbors tell us to shut up and go inside. Came to this island twice and stayed at the Waikoloa resort 5 min away from queens market, and it was WAY BETTER! People just mind their own business there. I don't recommend staying in this village. Can't even breathe without having someone knock at the door to tell you to be quiet because they can hear the every move you do. Ridiculous!
