Disappointed & honestly felt disrespected from a store that that's In my community. I'm the almost on a daily basis. Even cashiers know regular customers. I had purchased few items and a vape refill which that I buy on a weekly basis. I always purchase menthol. So I do know what I but . And honestly I've never had any complaints I go buy and leave. Cashiers always helpful with a smile that I must say. On the 29th March 2024 I had purchased my usual vape menthol refill. Surprisingly while I home relaxing in the evening vaping. Instantly tasted it and it was not my usual item I buy. The refills were tobacco. And I do know that it's not their fault most definitely where it was produced. Well me knowing and understanding my the way it works. I went back to the store. Happy as always. Explained why I had encountered with a receipt. I opened all refills in the pack as this was the first time it happened. I'm guessing the lady whom I spoke to is the supervisor. But never in my 34 years had received such service. Starting from listening to what I the customer. Issue. Communicating with in the right manner. Giving the actual service I deserve. She tells me I had opened the pack ? yeah I bought it $54.00 . And yeah all of them. Coz I was checking as this was shocking. Then she tells me I now should contact vise? I mean I bought it from them. They can too as a business return to where they stocked. I believe that's how it works . I work with customers myself on a daily basis and I do know what is good customer service. People like her shouldn't even be dealing face to face with customers.
