So the pizza itself was taste good, you see them make it right there in front of you and then you go sit down and they bring them to you when done. My family and I ordered 5 pizzas in total and we saw them prepare them ready to bake, but then they brought us only 4 pizzas. I first thought, oh maybe mine is just taking a bit longer, so I waited about 10 more minutes but no pizza. Then I saw a person that was waiting for his pick up pizzas and have been waiting there for a while after we were there waiting, and he got his pizzas and left while mine was still no way to be seen. I ask the young workers, who’s the same person that prepare them btw, if my pizza is done. He seemed at a loss and went to talk with the other two coworkers about it. All three of them seemed clueless about what happened with my pizza. While I’m watching all this going on while waiting for my pizza, I pieced together that most likely they accidentally give my pizza to the man that left a few minutes ago with his pizzas. I wasn’t mad because I understand that mistakes can happen, but I expect some kind of apology and solution to solve the problem/mistake. Well, I didn’t get non of that from either of the three workers there. After they seemed to be looking on there keep warm storage for take out pizzas and not being able to find it, the younger employee, which I asked for my pizza, went ahead and sit down an a table to talk with a couple of customers he seemed to know, the lady who was the cashier went to the back, and the other worker decided to keep making others pizzas. Meanwhile I was left waiting for a pizza that they seemed to not had any intention on bringing to me or an explanation. So I got up and went to the counter to ask the worker making others pizzas, if my pizza would be done anytime soon. The worker just looked left and right then quietly with no eye contact or saying anything to me, which to me it felt like I was being ignored, he kept putting cheese on the pizza that he was working on. Then I guess he got the message that I wanted my pizza that I already paid for, and won’t stop “bothering” them till I get it or something. So he then left the pizza he was making and went to look again in there take-out pizza warmer, then picked one and brought it to me and ask me if that was it. I said to him, ‘Well if that is a high-rise (thick) crust pizza with mozzarella cheese, sausage, and pepperoni, then I take it. Then he said to me: ‘ Well even if it isn’t, that’s all we got’. Now at that point I understood that they basically didn’t give a cent about me not having my pizza and aren’t even going to apologize. I basically got a Lady either take this pizza or nothing because we are done. I didn’t said anything and just took the pizza since at least it was the same toppings and kind of crust and took it without saying anything and else. I was already tired and hungry from waiting all that time for nothing, but unfortunately the pizza had so e sweet sauce all over it that I was not a fan of and did not ask on my original order. I hope that the owner or at least the manager reads this review and keep this in mind, your workers need basic customer service training or better said, they needs some basic human courtesy and respect to others. I attached the box of pizza they give me as a, Oh well, whatever take this or leave it, with dome Brent name, which btw that’s...
Read moreClever concept, good pizza. The people creating your pizza are very customer friendly That's it! The last three times I have been to this location. The lemonades were empty!
I decided to ask since it was 2pm, if they could refill the Lemonade's while paying. The first lady said she would get someone to refill them. Then walked outside. Ok? And there I was left at the register with no receipt or cups. Another employee said they were taking an hour break but was kind enough to ask if I needed help? I asked for my receipt and cups. And also asked about Lemonade's. She also said she would get someone. She never came back? The gentleman who brought my pizza out. Didn't want to be brought into the lemonade mess and just ignored me! Another employee sitting at a table close to mine taking a break( Lots of employees taking breaks at the same time) She was laughing at the whole situation and was loudly telling someone behind the counter mocking me saying "Can someone please fill the lemonades just for this one customer."
I looked around to see if I could see a manager to complain. I did see a gentleman in a brown polo different from the t-shirts and he was laughing and playing/flirting with another employee at the oven. At this point I'm just going to get my money back for the drinks when someone finally came out with a cart full of liquids?
This whole lemonade bit sounds petty but waiting 20 minutes and asking 4 people about drinks they said they would refill I think needs brought up. I would have just as easily bypassed this whole fiasco if the person just would of lied and said they were out of flavors of lemonade.
I think it will be a while before I go back...
Read moreI visited this place because I heard great things about it. I attempted to order from here three times via Uber eats with no luck. I got a driver once, but they dropped the order. The last time I tried I switched to pick up due to no drivers in the area. When I arrived to this Pieology the open sign was turned off. This was confusing because Uber eats read they were open for another full hour.
It was my first time there so I tried going in through the mall doors. The doors to the mall were open, but the doors to the pizza shop inside the mall were locked. When trying to open the door to the shop everyone inside just stared at me. No one tried to direct me or help me get in! As I walked around to the terrace to find another entrance I tried to get the attention of one of the employees who was walking in but he ignored me. Seeing that the door was open and unlocked I walked in to get my order. I looked around and at the counter and guess what! I was just stared at! I felt like I was in the twilight zone. An unusually long amount of time passed before I was asked if I was picking up an order. When I replied yes, it seemed as if the cashier had to login or reopen the register to process my order. That confused me so I asked what time they closed. It was an entire hour before clpsing and it looked like they were fully shut down for the night. Is this normal protocol? Turn off the light and start shutting down shop a full 60 minutes before posted business hours. By the time I got home the pizza was cold and sub par. My husband enjoyed it, but the experience getting there ruined it for me. I will not be returning to this Pieology...
