I've only been to the town location, so this is a first time for me. And it was awesome.
The waiting part is kind of weird, especially because the QR code wasn't working quite, and the person I went with had to ask inside, even though they don't want you to come in, until you're being called. So a technical issue I guess. But nothing bad after that.
The seating experience was interesting because I had to sit next to the person I came with, since it was just two of us.
But for anyone worried about coronavirus, they do a good job cleaning things down after a table has left, and they all wear masks.
Food. I think most of the meats were awesome. There was one seasoned steak that was terrible though, the kind where you have to spit it out, I think the flavor and the chewiness was not so great for me.
The side dishes that come free are refillable, as well as the sauces, they give you your own water containers to use to pour into cups.
So you can use as much or as little water. We used it all. Thankfully right as we were finishing.
The rest of the food we ordered was awesome, the guys come to check on you often, they change the grill pan often, they bring out the orders very quickly.
Everyone was just super nice and friendly, totally worth going for all you can eat.
I'm not sure about the cost, since it...

For a “family restaurant” they had some ratchet music with cursing playing louder than usual. It may not bother some, but I feel it is inappropriate for a local family restaurant to be playing loud music with explicit lyrics. We had to speak louder than normal just to talk with one another. Not the kind of restaurant I will bring my kids to.
The waitress W.C could learn table side manners and learn to acknowledge her guest. Even a friendly greeting, just common courtesy and manners can go a long way. I understand they get busy, but just simple courtesy and manners, especially for a waitress. I felt she was rude.
The other employees were friendlier, and helpful. They changed out the grill on occasion and helped with some orders. It was our main waitress that left a bad impression, along with the foul & loud music.
This was my third time to this location, but the only bad experience at this location. I may come back, and I hope they really make some changes with the music and the table...
Read moreScan the QR code and put self in waitlist then sitt in your car while waiting for them to text you. This is their COVID waitlist method, which i didnt mind. At least you don't have to stand outside for them to call you. Table took about 40 min to be ready for a party of two. They stick couple of chopsticks under the grill to keep fire going? That was weird. It didn't seem like anyone else had a bad grill but for whatever reason they didn't replace ours one idk. Even with the chopsticks the fire still went out like five times. For a cookout dinner it was very very annoying. We ordered meat that's supposed to be seasoned and marinated but just came in with a few flakes of garlic and they call that seasoned. Whatever. Only good thing is the staff, very patient and attentive. But still , won't...
