I came in from Waikiki because I wanted bubble tea or coffee, and I've had some good options nearby, but I was meeting a friend who lives nearby. I prefer local places over large chain shops. The guy who was working at the register was knowledgeable about their products (I'm vegan) and he made excellent recommendations based on what I said I wanted. EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD. I loved that so many ppl were just coming in and ordering, like whole families, and then continuing with their errands. It seems to be family/ locally-owned, which I love to support. And, he was super sweet to my friend who is deaf. He looked directly at her and communicated directly with her. I love it. He also helped out when she had some issues with her card. Additionally, i met a lady who may have been the owner or manager berbie leaving and she was super sweet as well. I'll go back here a million times... There are other things on the menu that I'd like to try. ...

After trying many boba places in and around town, I can confidently say this is my partner and my favorite boba place. The teas and bobas are to perfection, prices are quite affordable, the service is excellent, and there's a flavor for your every mood or desire!

Our favorites are: Jumbo jasmine tea 1/2 passion fruit 1/2 guava with aloe jelly and extra boba 75% sweet Ends up being about $10 but it's so worth it in my opinion. Gets me through long days of studying.

Second favorite is the ugly milk with boba! (Which is known as Hokkaido milk tea at other places)

It is a little hard to park. I usually park either right before it on the street if there's parking, or I drive a little further to burker king...

Was craving some bubble tea while on vacation and found this local spot via Google reviews.

We had to go up a tight ramp to find parking on the second floor, then take the elevator down to this shop which is at ground floor.

We tried a milk tea and a classic winter melon tea. We found the tapioca here to be the perfect texture. They also sell little stickers but only accept cash or Venmo for those. When the lady working here found out that I was Taiwanese but didn’t have cash/Venmo, she graciously decided to gift me one anyway!

So glad to have found this cute and...

The boba here is sooo much better here than any place where I'm from. It makes me kind of sad that I won't be able to get anything this good when I go home. I got the ugly boba with 50% sugar. It was really good. The pearls were soft and lots of flavor. The milk tea itself had a very good taste. The only complaint I have is it could have been sweeter, but that's my fault for ordering 50%. Next time I'll order 75%. I definitely wanna come back again. Also, the cashier was very very VERY nice.

I love Tea Time Taiwan. The staff are always veryyyy friendly, the boba and tea are good, there is wifi, the furniture and decor are cute, and they're dog friendly. The only reason they aren't 5 stars to me is that their straws appear to be plastic and not some kind of eco friendly material. 😁 If I'm wrong or that changes, I will throw that 5th one in there. 💓 Edit: My dog was offered water by the young man working the register...fifth star earned!
