I have been dining at this location for several years and have never had any issues before, however after my recent visit I don’t think I will ever be a patron at this establishment ever again. It was a Friday night so I expected the restaurant to be busy, and I didn’t have a reservation and I was fully prepared to have to wait. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:30pm, checked in, and I was told that the wait time was about 45 minutes. I thought, 45 minutes, no problem, so my girlfriend and I sat in my car for about 35 minutes and then came back to the lobby and waited to be called. I was trying my best to be patient as I could tell they were busy, but once it hit 8:30pm (2 hours after checking in) I decided to say something. The person working at the front counter seemed really confused when I told her the name of my party, and said something like “oh I’m sorry, I think they’re just clearing up some tables now” and then went to the back. About 2 minutes later she came back and said to follow her to our table. I thought that was a little weird that as soon as I said something we instantly got a table, but oh well, at least we can finally sit down and order. We put in our orders and got our appetizer and drinks within about 15 minutes of sitting down. Our server mixed up our appetizer order with an order from a different table, but it was quickly switched, so not a big deal. My girlfriend and I both ordered ribeye steaks, and talked and ate our appetizer while we waited. After about 45 minutes of waiting I started to get concerned about how long it was taking and our server had not checked up on us at all after dropping off our appetizer. At about 9:30pm (3 hours after checking in, 1 hour after being seated) I finally saw our server talking to the table next to us, and I had to flag her down to come to our table. Then she told me that she just found out that they ran out of ribeye steaks. Now, if she had told me that maybe 10-15 minutes after we put in our order that would have been fine, but seriously? I had to flag you down an hour after ordering for you to tell me that? She said she would get the manager to talk to us about maybe getting us something complimentary for the trouble. We then waited another 15 whole minutes for the manager to come speak with us, and she seemed like she did not care whatsoever, and pretty much just said “did you guys want to order something else?” I told her no and that we were done. The only good thing out of this whole situation was that they didn’t charge us for our appetizer and drinks. It seemed to me that the people working the front counter had no clue what they were doing, however they appeared to be trying, so it's probably a lack of proper training. There also seems to be some sort of communication issue with the servers and the kitchen because I don’t understand why it took our server an hour to tell us that they ran out of what we ordered. The manager also seems like she doesn’t really care and sounded very insincere when she was speaking with us. If you decide to eat at this location, my advice would be don’t bother trying to be patient, if they’re taking too long, say something, because they probably forgot about you or don’t have any clue...

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Black Angus, and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing restaurant visits I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that something was off. The atmosphere was lackluster, and the entire staff seemed disinterested and unconcerned about providing a positive dining experience.
First and foremost, the food we received was shockingly cold. It was clear that the dishes had been sitting out for a while before being served to us. The steak that I ordered was barely warm, and the sides were practically ice-cold. It was a major letdown, considering Black Angus is supposed to be known for their quality meat. The food lacked flavor and was a far cry from the delicious, hot meal I had anticipated.
To make matters worse, the service was abysmal. The wait staff, largely comprised of what seemed to be Gen Z individuals, displayed an unprofessional and apathetic attitude throughout our entire meal. They seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves or scrolling through their phones than attending to the needs of the customers. It was difficult to get their attention, and when we did, they responded with a dismissive and indifferent demeanor. The lack of basic courtesy and attentiveness was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful.
It is important for a restaurant to provide not only good food but also exceptional service. Unfortunately, Black Angus failed on both fronts during my visit. It is disheartening to see a once-prominent establishment fall so far in terms of quality and customer care. Such a decline in standards is simply unacceptable.
I left Black Angus feeling extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with my experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering dining there to think twice. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that offer superior food quality, attentive service, and a much more pleasant dining atmosphere. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out alternatives where your dining experience will be valued and...

This is where you need the GOLDEN BUZZER 10 STAR Rating! I'm sorry for not taking pics. Recommended by Kelcie, who was AMAZINGLY Friendly, knowledgeable, Welcoming, Accommodating & provided top service!! You get 4 sides to choose, 1 appetizer, 1 dessert with it. We had the garlicky mash potatoes with scallions, asparagus, crusted Mac n' cheese. All were EXTREMELY DELICIOUS & FLAVORFUL 😋 to the Last Bite!!! My husband ate the appetizer that I couldn't due to shellfish allergy. He had the Sampler it had crusted squash, loaded baked potatoes, shrimp 🍤 & chicken tenders. He ate a little of each to save room for the steak 🥩 lol. He said it was delicious as well & full of flavor. He also had the ceaser salad 🥗 that I couldn't eat with the dressing as it's made with anchovies. The salad was FRESH & DELICIOUS!! Then came the house made sauces...OMG, The garlic herb butter to put on your steak AMPED the already DELICIOUS FLAVOR TO ANOTHER LEVEL OFF THIS PLANET!! Then we had cucumber 🥒 sauce & it was UNBELIEVABLE and I ordered more to take with me. We had brown multi grain bread that I dipped in that cucumber sauce.. INCREDIBLE & I ordered more bread to go so I can have it again tomorrow. Now let's finish with the dessert - we got the spiced carrot cake. All I gotta say is, you shouldn't be ALLOWED to make cake that MOIST, FLAVORFUL & DELICIOUS along with the vanilla ice cream.
