I'm talking about tacos de lengua, you freak!

Rodney's Law #298 - If an ethnic restaurant has a long line of customers of the same ethnicity, then it has to be good. And authentic.

The place was poppin with people ordering their evening nom noms. I almost had flashbacks to the lines at the DMV. Being a TSP virgin, we went for tacos de lengua & quesadilla de pollo. Tacos are $2.10 each, which I find kinda pricey but they were so good. Surprisingly filling to boot, too. If you've never had good lengua, imagine the tastiest, tenderest pot roast you've ever had. THAT is lengua, my yelp friends. The chicken quesadilla was good, as well. Could use more cheese, IMHO, but is there every really enough cheese on anything? Methinks not. Even though there was a long line, we actually didn't wait too long to pay and to get our food.

Parking is horrendous, both in the lot & the street. I'm thinking customers can park at the Hawaiian Gardens casino and hoof it, but don't hold me to it if you get your car towed. Que lastima!

They really need to work on their customer service especially with the Señora’s their attitude is not it for businesses.

Food was ok , I mean we all know why we go there because it used to be good and that’s all we know.

The lady that took my first order didn’t charge my debit asked for it again so I had to make sure she didn’t double charge me. Ok then I get my order, I’m missing a drink I asked her she then asks for my receipt because she doesn’t think she charge me I said it’s ok I was annoyed she didn’t charge my card the first time and made it seem like it was my fault and now she forgot my drink.

I placed another order to go I waited for the younger cashier hoping to get better service she asked me over n over for here or to go Finally i said I told you to go right? Ofc now shes offended.

My order is ready I asked my daughter to get it and asked for salsa. Tell me why they had it in a plate for dine in? My daugther already knew what they did so she told them its to go!

This is my first time here based on a recommendation, I decided to order the chicken enchiladas, when I was placing my order I asked the cashier if I can get the lettuce and sour cream on the side, she told me No. I asked her why? She stated it was the policy and they do not do it. I explained to her I don't like the topping on top since it is a to go order and the heat from the food makes the sour cream and lettuce taste nasty, Mari said the toppings can be put on the side only for the flautas and burritos, I told her I would pay for an additional box of needed, the answer was still NO. I asked to speak with the manager, she stated she was the manager and her name is Mari the daughter of the OWNER very rudely and it couldn't be done. My first time here and I couldn't get the toppings on the side and was treated horribly!!! I looked around the store and on the website too see if it has a policy stating they could not put the toppings on the side, they don't . I cancelled my ordered and left. I won't be...
