Exclusivo Inn + Suites — Hotel in Lakewood

The room was dirty hair all over the room. There was hair in the bed sheets and pillowcases and blood stains on the sheets looked as if the sheets weren’t changed. Took the sheets off the bottom sheet had yellow stains all over looked as if it had never been washed. When I asked for new sheets the owner got all mad and defensive towards me and my girlfriend. In the restroom there was hair on the towels and there was a woman’s hair tie in between the towels. After she was told to change the sheets she complained about having visitors she because more defensive and watched my room like a hawk. Then her husband came to the room and asked about a visitor then he proceeded to call the local police department till we left. I had things stolen out of the back of truck they are more concerned about what goes on ur room instead of the parking lot. The two nights I stayed there there was lots of homeless people in the parking lot doing as they want I seen one relieving himself by the dumpster. Just a horrible place to stay the staff was rude the rooms dirty someone’s hair all over the sheets and towels yellow stains all over the sheets and when u tell them about they are all rude and tell u the sheets aren’t new. The air-conditioner does not work properly- it says the lowest it can go is 60 but it does not feel like 60 at all. Very short bursts of A/C..

You do not get a microwave in your room.. there is only a public microwave near the entrance? I'm not sure what the deal was up with that.. it was on a table near the check-in.

Fridge worked okay, not that cold.

Room looked nice, very modern and moody lighting. Was nice. Bed was not comfortable. Felt like you were sleeping on cardboard with foam on it.

Stayed here for 5 days. Total was 432. I guess you get what you paid for. But the last night we had to get an extra day in the room was 110? Do not pay this unless you are desperate. I will not be staying here again..

Only good thing was no deposit? Not that it mattered. It wasn't worth 110 a night. Just stay somewhere nicer...

What can I say about a place I love but can't stand the management. Rude, uninviting front desk man who should either get laid or a new job. I stayed there a week. The building was nice and clean. Interesting that the King rooms have a window in the shower (side eye at the architect) which could be a little weird if your a woman. It had nice art inside which was a plus. I did enjoy the room. Reason for three stars is the grumpy virgin with attitude, the fact that at night the pipes stink, and the police presence. For a hotel in the cut, the cops came almost everyday. I didn't know whether to feel safe or threatened. With a staff as unfriendly and NOSEY as this, you'd think they would know more of what's going on. But, no.
