Unacceptable Service – A Full 50-Minute Wait for a Half-Cooked Pizza!

I am beyond furious with the service I received today. I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes—reasonable, right? Well, 25 minutes passed, and I waited. Then 30 minutes… 40 minutes… and I still hadn’t gotten my pizza! After a FULL 40 minutes of waiting, they finally handed me my order, but it gets worse. I was asked to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes while they “finished” preparing it.

That’s right—FIFTY MINUTES in total for a pizza that was not even properly cooked! The crust was soggy, the toppings were raw, and the entire thing was an absolute disaster. How do you mess up something as simple as a pizza?

It’s completely unacceptable to quote one time and then leave customers hanging for nearly double. And when the food finally arrives, it’s not even close to what was expected. I will never be ordering from here again, and I strongly recommend others to avoid it unless they want to waste an hour of their time for a terrible meal.

Zero stars if I could give them that. Avoid this place...

I revised this review. This is our first time at the restaurant. August 2023. All the employees were friendly. The food was very good. The portion was more than enough, and the average cost is about sixteen dollars per meal. The restaurant has a gluten-free pizza and gluten-free macaroni. Our order took about ten minutes to prepare. They have a small dining area with about ten tables. The bad part is the parking. They have about five spots in the back. You have to park in metered parking spaces. The good part is after 6 pm you don't have to pay. This is our second time. Late August 2023. The waitress was not attentive to us. The food was good. But the bill she gave us, you could not read. I believe that I paid eight dollars for a Yoo Hoo. Forget about eating inside during the hot days. It was uncomfortable, and sweat was dripping off my face. It's your decision if you want...

Hi, apologies I should’ve left an actual review especially since I was dissatisfied with the experience. I ordered a slice of pizza, hot wings, a salad (Greek maybe?) with chicken and french fries.

Pizza slice: the lady at the front register grabbed the slice with her bare hand right after handling money to throw it in the oven. She put 4 of her fingers on top of the slice and over cheese. That was gross. I had to throw it away. Please start using spatulas. This is a health hazard.

Chicken Wings: barely cooked, soggy skin, barely any hot sauce on the wings and they were floating in the container in the hot sauce puddle.

French Fries: similar to chicken wings. They were soggy and not salted.

Salad: bland salad and the chicken was dry as a rubber.

Essentially, I took a small bite of each item and just threw them all away. Completely wasted my time...
