Winchell’s Donuts — Restaurant in Hawthorne

Horrible experience twice at this location. They are rude, dismissive and says racial comments in Spanish and jokes about it. Two ladies and a guy. I order a BLTCC with a Strawberry smoothie each time I came to the restaurant. Mind you the sandwich only consists of bacon lettuce tomatoes and cream cheese. First time I ordered, I pointed and explained clearly. They put onions, guacamole, and cut it in 4’s(odd) I call and they say they can’t do anything, so I ended up driving back to the store. And they still never fixed my order correctly when it’s on the board. Second time, which is today I go in and service is awful. It’s about 2 people sitting and one waiting. As i am about to order the lady tells him in Spanish “I’m a complaining customer” he laughs and continues to take my order. I tell him the order and I repeated the order. He act like he was writing it down. 5mins go by the continue to ask do I want onions and etc stuff on my food and I’m explaining that if I didn’t ask for this why would I want it. So 15mins has passed and more people has entered and exited the store with hand made sandwiches and mines still not done. Even my milkshake melted. My food still isn’t done and they are talking in Spanish “make her wait”. So I left the store and the food on...

Worse Winchells the cook is terrible, today I had a break in the Am I said to myself let me try this new winchell next to my job I order an Pastrami egg Sandwich my favorite First off all there was no daamn salt on the egg neither the pastrami the egg was plain cooked with no pepper no onion no salt it was like a toddler learning how to cook they don’t have no chipotle sauce but a bunch of raggedy as hot sauce last but least the coffee OMG I wouldn’t call that coffee it was water flavored with a tiny teaspoon of caffeine it was hella light you would sleep all morning drinking that bullshit when I was ready to pay my order total of $9 they gonna tell me since I am using a debit card the order was under $10 they charge $1 extra never heard such a thing at any winchell who would take your card for $1 free of charge.that was the first and last time I would go to that winchell and I hope you guys will close soon because you are not representing the Franchise. I believe the lady who helped me today might be the owner. Her service is horrible, i normally buy a breakfast burrito and the man always cuts it in half and puts it in a clear box. Today the lady didn’t do that so I asked if she can, and I mentioned that to her the man always cuts it and put it in a box. Her response was “ so the man goes that extra mile for you “. My response was that he doesn’t go that extra mile with me he does that with everyone. The man is very nice and has his regular customers. He always remembers my order.
