I came in to use the restroom & I ordered 2 churros out of courtesy. I came out of the restroom, asked for my order #728 (which was likely ready by the time I even made it to the restroom), and the manager snipped at me & told me they were still preparing it, avoided eye contact, then gave another employee a signal to take the register so she wouldn't have to deal with me anymore. I stood there as they called orders #733-735. I stood there for 5 minutes while it was sitting on the counter the entire time. The cashier who took my order, in one movement, called #728 and immediately retreated to the back to help her other coworker, assuming I wasn't going to get my order, and I had to call out to her to stop her so I could get my food. I understand that during these rush-hour times around 5pm, things can get busy & stressful, and an order as small as 2 churros require little-to-no focus compared to meals being prepared for other dine-in & drive-thru customers. However, even if my order was that small, I didn't appreciate having to pull teeth to get what I paid for, and being overlooked & looked at like I was a stain just for speaking up. I had a stressful day too, but I wouldn't be unprofessional & ignore a customer in my place of business because of it. As a customer, when things like this happen, I don't cause a scene. I just write a review & be truthful about my perspective. I go to this location multiple times to get tostada salads & family meals for my roomates, but I've been on the road & just had to stop to use the restroom. I go in last week around eveming time to order a mexican club salad and a small tortilla soup, I ask for extra cilantro and was willing to pay extra. Manager Brian was very rude and said there was a national shortage, so they could npt full fill my request ok sounds a little ridiculous but that was not the reason why I am writing this review. Cashier in training kept needing his help amd manager Brian ignored him.The cashier in training had better service then Brian.. shame.The wprse part my order was called he leaves it on counter and walks away.
