Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Hawthorne

So since this place has been open, I have been supporting it. I have not had a problem. This place has been amazing very accommodating as soon as I leave the gym I go there and get my turtle coffee nondairy but today I get there 9 AM to be exact there was a young lady at the drive-through that I haven't seen before she was not very welcoming and rude. The long young lady who took my order seem very confused and told me that I could not do a ice decaf coffee that they do not accommodate that when I've known before that I've gotten decaf coffee, which was iced as well as that they made it a turtle. The young lady who was taking my order, insisted that they cannot do that as far as I know that is incorrect so anyway, I get the regular cold brew coffee. I get to the window and I asked the lady to make sure that it's nondairy she has attitude and is very rude for no reason she's like isn't that what you said nondairy? at this point I'm like really upset because why are you even working in the drive-through window if you're going to be rude and not go over and confirm with the person making the drink that it is nondairy because I was placing the order she kept telling me that they put chocolate milk in, and I kept saying I want it nondairy! Until now the experience was good unfortunately I don't think I will be returning anytime soon. I finally found the time to visit Ziggi’s today with my friend and kids after having it on our list for a while. We checked out the menu on the way, so we already had a good idea of what we wanted to order. Once we arrived, I wanted to take a moment to see if there were any food items that would go well with our coffee. When I asked the woman at the drive-thru for a minute to review the menu, she responded, “Make it quick because there’s a car behind you and then they stack up.” I've never encountered that kind of response at any establishment before. Amazing new local coffee shop in Hawthorne! Had to pleasure of trying out the Beach Bum infusion and Salted Caramel Latte today. Both drinks were amazing from the first sip, no shaking the drink around the disperse anything! Customer service is amazing and the drive through is extremely convenient. Tried both their cake pop flavors as well and was pleasantly surprised! Compared to other coffee shops, Ziggys offers theirs fresh and out their fridge; which adds to the taste.
