Starbucks — Restaurant in Hayward

I ordered two lattes and both were made wrong. Not only were both of my drinks made wrong but the birista making the drinks was completely rude. When I tried to tell her she completely ignored me each time I tried to talk to her. I also noticed her being rude to other costumers. I usually don't have this issue with Starbucks since I usually order a basic latte but some how our lattes came out pretty bad. My friend said her latte had chunky stuff in it (which is complelty unacceptable). I don't recommend this location simply because it's not like the place was super busy or didn't have enough employees(there were 3 employees and maybe 2 people in line). So in my eyes there was no excuse to make our drinks wrong and on top off that to be rude and ignore costumers. This WAS one of my favorite Starbucks to go to, until the new team arrived. Some of the new staff don’t get along well with the older team, and you can tell they are speaking to each other with a lot of sarcasm. Also, it was nice to have a shopping center with target, etc, that I could get more than one thing done at once, but now homeless ppl and beggars are there on the regular, esp in the summer months. I shouldn’t have to feel like I am going to get harassed when I want to buy myself a beverage, even if it is every day! They see my face and still ask over and over again. I honestly don’t understand the lack of urgency here. There are multiple baristas behind the counter, but the pace is unbelievably slow. The wait times are ridiculous considering how many people are working, and the drinks just don’t come out in a reasonable time. If you want your drinks made quickly and properly, the Starbucks down the street does a much better job — they’re faster, more efficient, and actually seem to care about customers’ time.
