Like many, 1st time through was great. 2nd time not so much. There are 2 drive through lanes to order however they are seemingly only using 1. Nothing is posted they are only using 1 lane. Of course I pulled into the 2nd lane and the folks in the 1st lane just kept on getting their order taken. So 3 cars later I reverse it and change lanes. I can hear the woman inside laughing it up and joking with the car in front of me, I get to the window and the lady is talking to me like I just spit on her dog or something. The staff here has decided professionalism is no longer warranted apparently. Here, pull anywhere. What's your #, what's your #? Apparently they are 4 or 5 orders deep, we'll see how long this takes. Better get here quick if ya like Captain D's, I imagine like the staff, the food will go downhill just as fast. I gave it a 3 because I dunno yet. Will amend if possible. Ya, their havin' a hootenanny in there while were all just out here stacked up waiting.
Update: Food was decent even though I was offered 2 different bags of food before I got what I ordered. I know it's a new outlet but they've gotta have a better trainer. It's like the corporate guys left town and everyone just went out back and burnt one. Took 35min to get food.

   Read moreThis is a new Captain D's drive-thru restaurant that recently opened in my neighborhood. I ordered a 2 piece fish meat with broccoli and cole slaw. The fish and cole slaw were delicious. My issue was that they had broccoli displayed on their sign. However, that didn't sell broccoli at that particular location. Lastly, my hush puppies were gummy on the inside when I bit into it. It seems as though several of their employees need training when it comes to cooking hush puppies. I frequent various Captain D's locations because I like fish. Mushy, gummy, hush puppies come from cooking them in hot grease while they are still frozen instead of allowing them time to thaw out. Wow!
