The owner which is a lady is very unpleasant and unprofessional. I came in to get my food on the inside and it was nobody in line. She was the one that made my food. I asked for a bigger plate and a chicken egg roll, and 3 rangoons. I'm waiting for her to package everything up so I turned on my cash app card so I could pay for my food. She bags everything up and I pay for everything. I get home and realized she forgot to put my rangoons in the bag. So I called up there to explain what happend and didn't get an answer the first time. Called a second time and she picked up and had me waiting on the phone for 2 mins while I hear laughing and playing sounds in the background. She picks up the phone and says what's the problem. I explained what happend and she interrupted me and a said "what did you order" I tried to tell her that and she interrupted me again and said "yeah that was me I made your order myself and I know I put them in the bag because I made the order". I said "well it's not in the bag ma'am and I'm on my way back up there with my receipt". She said "well sir I know I put them in that bag bit whatever just come back and somebody will give you them". Then she hung up the phone without letting me finish. I get there and she was nowhere to be found and I think she was in the back probably checking the cameras and realized that she did forget. That was so unprofessional and rude. Then I tried to bring this to upper management but never got a response back so now I will just leave you all Negative feedback. If the owner reads this, you should learn how to talk to people and not argue when you made a mistake.
Update: 5-3-24 Fiance went to pick up a family meal and we asked for teriyaki sauce to be put in the bag and there was not ONE! in the bag. They tied really hard knots in the bag so we trusted that they were in the bag. Got all the way home which isn't close and not one teriyaki sauce. Only thing the girl offered was for us to come all the way back up there just to pick up the sauce. That would make our food cold, and that's a waste of gas and you can't even make it right by giving a extra entree or something....
Read moreHorrible customer service. Placed an online order last Wed 7/20. Got to the location 10 min later and they're closed early due to the water being shut off. I so why are you still accepting orders? Then I'm yelled at that they're closed from behind the counter. Then someone finally comes to the door after me having to ask several times because I've already paid and now you're closed. Then I'm informed they have no control over giving me my money back I have to call corporate. Then I ask for the manager, I'm told she's on vacation. Then I call corporate no apology, representative is dry. No better than the girls at the restaurant. I'm told it'll be 3 to 5 business days. So today I still don't have my money back. I call again. This person says it wasn't processed up to the group who handles that. Places me on hold does that, then said again it'll be 3 to 5 business days. I ask do they offer anything to your customers who have been inconvenienced and received poor service and mention I have yet to even get an apology. Then she says we just give you your money. So I ask there's no coupon, entree, or anything you can offer? Then she offers the free entree and says sorry. This is the worst customer service I've had in awhile. I'm glad I don't frequent...
Read moreMy husbands experience * Me and my son came in to the Panda Express located at 7800 N Lindbergh. While in the establishment the associate Liz assisted my son who is 10 With his order. She immediately told my son your friends can't smoke that in here. My son was confused seeing that it he was there with me his father. My son ignored Liz and was attempting to order his food when Liz told him again that his "friends" couldn't smoke that in there. My son then got my attention and told me what Liz kept saying to him. I asked Liz if there was a problem. She told me "His friends can't smoke in here" I began to look around and seen two African American boys sitting at a table with a vape pin. I told Liz this is my 10 year old son and he is here with me. Those are not his friends and that we don't know them. She still went on to tell me they can't smoke in there and needed to leave. I got agititated and asked for a manager. The manager came out and they all began to speak in Spanish neglecting me and my issue.
