This location..... I call to tell them that I noticed the online system placed my order at the wrong location. The girl I talked to was about as rude as it gets. I say "hi I just placed an order online.." but before I could finish my sentence she cut me off. She took my address and immediately started yelling at someone, comes back "uh we can't deliver there" ....you don't say? Had you listened to why I called instead of being incompetent and rude I could of saved you a lot of time and energy. I told her that's why I had called. She said I could drive and get my pizza that I placed for delivery. I said no I wanted my pizza delivered originally and asked a simple question as to how to go about using the coupon I just used for my new order at my location and she couldn't handle it. She didn't even say hold on, she put the phone down and I could hear her in the background talking bad about me to the manager telling him to "deal with this lady" If you can't handle a simple issue at a pizza restaurant then... Maybe be a door greeter at Wal-Mart? THANK GOD this...

The food was ok. Something wasn’t right with the Pizza this time. The crust didn’t taste fresh, not enough sauce. It just wasn’t the same. Also, I don’t know if they have new employees, or not. But one of the ladies at the front counter was rude. I’m assuming that was the same person that took my order because she was the only rude person that I noticed. There was a slim girl with a light complexion, she was fine. But there was a darker skinned girl who had a bad attitude. If you know your employees struggle with dealing with the public, and their customer service skills aren’t good put them in the back. It’s just ridiculous that people have to encounter their attitudes, and poor behavior. I have a problem with that especially when I didn’t give them a reason to act that way.
