Please get rid of the old lady during the day Anita is her name. Everyday I go in there she is always yelling at people acting like a child and very unprofessional! I cannot believe this lady that's a grandmother acts in such disrespect. I would never ever in my life hire someone that's this unprofessional and rude. I cannot believe the things I hear come out her mouth to the others that work with her! Just because she is miserable and thinks this low of herself she should NOT treat others this way! Horrible!! I'm just going to start recording her when I come in and order and sent it to the owner!!! All I can hear is her nasty rude voice and she never ever has any manners!!! To anyone customers and employers! Never ever looks happy or smiles. Geesh lady Thank God you are still alive and working at your age!!! And that's what is the real reason these grown adults in their 60s act like a 17 to 22 year old tryna be like them and these young children need guidance and wisdom from older people or they will never know anyanners or respect! You treat them horrible! Every single worker in that place! Shame on you! I've tried to ignore this but this has got to stop! You need to start treating people better shame on you. You should be taking out trash cause that's who you are. That should be your job! Seriously. You need to ask God for forgiveness and maybe he will get that devil out of you unless you love it. I ordered a big Mac, a quarter ponder, 3 cookies, and a basket of frys, I informed the worker at the speaker that I had a buy one get one fee coupon for the sandwiches in the app. She said she would take it at the window. When I got to the window it looked like she was speaking loudly to another worker out of sight. I then showed her the coupon code on my phone and it looked like she typed it in. Then it looked like she got confused and closed the window and walked away. After a minute or so she came back and verbally confirmed the order w me and it was correct. However when I got the receipt it didn’t take off the coupon, so I let her know right away. She said she didn’t know why it didn’t promo off a couple times. And told me to have the manager at the next window promo it, which didn’t set well with me. She should have fixed it there and not pushed it off on somebody to fix it. Anyway at the next window I explained to the next lady what the lady ant the 1st window had told me, and she said but you have already paid. She then asked for my credit card and walked away with the receipt and my card to refund one of the sandwiches. She came back with another receipt that showed the refund. Then she gave me my bag and I left. No one apologized or said Thank you. The Big Mac was not very good , The meat was very dark and dripping in grease. It did not taste like the normally do. In town for work and went to this McDonald's because it was close to my Hotel. Worse place to go and get food in the area. First Lobby was closed so you have to go thru drive thru. When I got in line there were 8 cars after several minuets of waiting one order was taken and 4 cars drove off. by the time I ordered another 2 cars had driven off because of long wait. they were out of food and when I paid I asked for my receipt for travel/tax reasons and was told they were out of receipt paper and couldn't give me one. talked to someone in charge and they said they were covering just trying to survive. Pulled up to the next window to get my food and saw several employees including 2 sitting on the inside counter. with that many employees they shouldn't be running this slow. Guess they are just that lazy. window person had attitude after i made comment the were slow and by the time i got back to my room the food was not good, fries half cooked. For the owners/operators i really would look at my managers and staff of this store. YOU ARE LOSING MONEY ON THEIR SLOW AND LAZY APPROACH TO WORK.
