Five Guys — Restaurant in Heath

Always outstanding, just like all the other locations I've eaten at around Columbus. If you read most of the negative reviews on here, they're older people. We get it, the music is loud. You have a cabinet of plates no one is allowed to use in your house, so you both suck. Its a draw. Secondly, yes the food is more expensive. Its not 1968 and everything isn't 15 cents. The fact that people mention five guys food being bad and going back to steak n shake is absolutely hysterical. Are you really that old and redneck that horsemeat and spare parts meat taste better than real beef fresh-cooked in front of you?

Kudos to one older gentleman who hit the nail on the head for the last point of my review "the cost of a burger seems to warrant it would come with fries". So that shows you how expensive it is to bring you real beef cooked to order, with every condiment or topping you want on it in 8-10 mins. Instead of wondering why real things cost money, you SHOULD be asking, what are you eating every time you go to McDonalds or Steak n Shake that allows them to sell a meal with fries included so cheaply?? This was one of the most disappointing meals we have had as a family. The fries are soggy and greasy. The burger had good flavor but again, it was greasy. The shakes were really good. It's a shame when my 5 year old will not eat the hot dog. I waited 8 minutes for the food which isn't bad but in that time I noticed that, even more than a week after opening, most of the employees seemed clueless. They were arguing over what went on orders and the guy working the grill had no business cooking burgers. Burger 101 is never press a cooking patty with the spatula. He did that with almost every burger and then had to cut the thin patties to tell if they were done. The order for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) was $58. That is pretty comparable to other places like panera or tasty made, but the quality was no where close to deserving that price tag. My wife is the only person that ate more than a half dozen fries and that is only because she likes soft fair style fries. And she still only ate a small part of her fries. Ordered online for curbside pickup. Arrived on time, called the number and the woman who picked up the phone says “Um, okay” and hangs up. Nothing happens. Ten minutes later I call again, “Oh shoot, okay” and hangs up. There is one family inside and NO ONE in line. Still no curbside delivery. I step inside, explain why I’m there. The cashier gets the manager who starts a refund, no explanation, no offer to re-make the cold burgers and fries, just asks for my card for the refund. I had added a 20% tip, the total order was over $60. Refund did not include the ti because the manager said she didn’t know how to refund the tip.
