Comfrey Corner of Heath — Local services in Heath

The products are great but the customer service is definitely lacking. I moved to the area a year ago and was very excited to go here because I was a regular at the health/natural store where I used to live. My first visit was disappointing as the employees were not friendly, they acknowledged that my husband and I were there with eye contact all over us constantly but never once greeted us, no smiles, barely talked to us even during checkout, just not friendly at all. I decided after we left to not return there because even though the products are good , customer service is very important to me. That was a year ago and last week I didn't have time to drive an hour to my hometown store so I decided to give them another shot. I knew exactly what I wanted so kindly asked where it was when I got there. The lady walked with me to where I could find it, I said "great thank you" and she continued to stand right next to me but with her back turned. It was just odd, it was like she thought I was going to steal the item and wanted me to know she was standing right there. I don't know. I've never felt like that in a store, it was just odd. Plus, the time before when she was watching us like a hawk it gave me that same feeling. I paid for the $60 product and went on with my day but it's definitely the last time I go. I will be more than happy to continue driving an hour away to a store that has the best customer service, is very helpful, and has excellent products than...

I have been going into Comfrey Corner of Heath for about 14 years since we moved here. The people have always been so friendly to me. They always answer questions that I have and they are always there to lead me to the products I am looking for.

They have a place where you can sit and read good Health Books and learn about herbs and supplements. If you don't know what to get for a certain ailment, these books offer you advice. If you are finding that modern medicine isn't helping you, there are lots of natural supplements that can help you get back into balance.

They offer Massage, Ionic Foot Baths and they have a Health Coach you can make an appointment with for support to help you get back on the right track!

They also have a Facebook page that keeps you updated with new products and they will post great articles to help you become more knowledgeable and become healthier!

I have known Cathy, Karen and Pam all these years and they are always so nice. They take the time to help you with whatever it is you need.

😡😡 to the lady at comfrey corner you were extremely rude to me. I will no longer take my business to you. All I did was ask for advice and you acted as if I was some little pregnant girl with no brain and walked away from me in the middle of me speaking!!!!! I hope you see this. When I was there I didn't say anything because there was another girl who was super sweet and made up for your sour attitude. I don't know if its because I went in wearing shorts and a t-shirt with my hair pulled back and no wedding rings because my hands are to swollen! You treated me like a piece of gum on the bottom of your dirty old sneaker.. SERIOUSLY NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!
