Update-- so gave them another try, after staying away for a couple months. I got an iced cold brew, which I often get at multiple Dunkin locations, and it tasted so strong and disgusting I actually went back in and asked for quite a bit extra cream to put in it and I couldn't even dilute that strong horrible taste, with a lot of extra cream, AND we got two bagels the plain one had something so bad with the flavor that after a couple bites my child wouldn't even continue eating it and then the one I got they gave me the wrong flavor and it ended up being a really gross combo because they gave me a blueberry Bagel to go with veggie cream cheeseš„µ when I had asked for a sesame seed bagel, but at this point we had already pulled away. I'm totally done with this location and I'm predicting it won't even last here in Helena, it's such a wreck. I grew up going to Dunkins up in New England and I lived in Atlanta for a long time and there are a lot of Dunkins over there that I went to all the time, I have just never seen a Dunkin so poor as this one!! If y'all are looking for a good Dunkin there is a good consistent one out in Alabaster on 31 by Industrial Drive, it's only about 3 miles away from this location. The one over on 119 in Pelham is very consistent and good also.
About a third of the time their bagel has essentially no or very little cream cheese on it, has happened to us repeatedly. It's upsetting because my young son loves getting this item and now I have to sit at the window and open up the package and make sure there's some cream cheese and half the time ask them if we can actually have a fair amount of cream cheese so that we can eat the entire bagel. It's just unnecessary. Train your staff in consistency. I wish y'all would bring in a district manager from Massachusetts, where they know how to run a real Dunkin' Donuts and show you all what to do with the food items. Half the time now when we drive by and my son asks for a bagel I just tell him that the store is closed so I don't even have to deal with it. What a bummer, I was so glad to hear that Helena was getting a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Dunkin' was great until a week or two ago. I would have given it 5 Stars. One day the lobby door was locked, the next it was an entirely new staff and a massive drop in the quality of service.
I went to Dunkin every day. I would place my order on the app and then walk in and grab my coffee easy-peasy. One day the door was locked, and the drive-thru line was not moving, so I had to leave my order. Since then, it's been a 5-20 minute wait every time.
Today was my last straw. I was #317 and waited patiently for about 20 minutes. I saw my name go from Upcoming Orders to Order Ready, but did not see my drink or food. After another 10 minutes my order disappeared from the screen all together.
At this point, as they were giving out orders in the #320+ range, I decided to finally inquire. I politely told them that I was under Order Ready and then it disappeared. One of the new employees, a young lady, looked visibly agitated and told me "If your name isn't up there your order isn't ready" as I saw them handing out orders to people who just walked in and whose names were never on the board.
Another employee came from around the corner and said, "oh here's your food". Rather than apologizing or fixing the issue by quickly making my drink, the first employee did nothing except sigh loudly and go back to slowly making drinks.
After waiting another 5 minutes I told them to just cancel my drink and left. I will not be back until they fix this newly developed...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went through the drive through and ordered 1 small decaf coffee. I was told it would be a min that they were making it fresh! When I drove off I tasted the worse coffee I have ever had. It was overwhelmingly bitter and barely luke warm. I called them and was told to bring it back. Again they claimed to be making a fresh pot. This time I tasted it while I was inside and it was hot but still overwhelmingly bitter. When I told them something was very off about this coffee I was first asked "is it too bitter?" I had not mentioned bitter to him yet he already knew! He then told me that " maybe it needs more sugar "I told him I had already added 5 and I normally only use 2 if any. This young man had the audacity to then suggested that " maybe it needed some cream". I am lactose intolerant! What on earth is going on with the coffee and the employees at this Dunkin in Helena? Why can't they understand when they are being told that something is wrong. They really don't care nor does Dunkin Donuts corporations if they think that employees telling customers that their coffee "Needs" enhancers in order to ne drinkable! They are horrible for business. I drink coffee all day most days and know what it should taste like without all the cream and sugar being forced on me in order to pretend to have a...
