Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Helena

I called to place an order, as I’ve ordered online in the past and had various issues. The last time I ordered, I got an Italian night club, with much less meat than I’ve ever gotten before. I thought maybe it’s a fluke, there’s a pandemic going on, they had a bad day....

The gentleman today on phone was polite, but Obviously I did not end up with what I ordered. I let him know about my previous experience with the little amount of meat—he said I could pay to add more—great! So that’s what I did. I ordered an Italian Night Club, extra meat, as well an Ultimate Porker, add cheese. He confirmed I ordered two sandwiches, and I said yes. I had to give him my card information and phone number three or four times before he successfully was able to charge me. When delivered, this is what I received: An ultimate porker.... with added meat and cheese. A single sandwich.

I give up. I love jimmy johns but there’s just something wrong with how this location is...

Ordered a sandwich online. Once done, I received a text message that it was coming via Uber. What's the deal with the JJ drivers? Did you get rid of them like Papa John's?

I opened the sandwich and was utterly mad! Hardly any meat or veggies. The bacon didn't even look cooked. The one side of the sandwich, you could literally see the lettuce under the turkey it was so thin. I'm not sure what the deal is with this order. So burnt sandwich, and delivery fees on something we could have made at home if we had the items.

Will order next time in person and check it before I leave. So sandwiches, tips, and a $4.50 delivery charge for the crAp meal. So step it up and quite hosing the customers and give them what they pay for! I will say Uber driver was...

Went through the drive thru during my 30 min lunch break and proceeded to wait in the drive thru line for 15mins for the Turcky Tom and chocolate chip cookie that I ordered. Which I completely understand because they were quite busy. What I don't understand is how after I finally got my food and drove back to work I proceeded to open the bag to only find the cookie... and no sandwich. It's one thing if they forgot the cookie but to forget the actual sandwich is a bit much. I double checked my receipt and of course I did in fact pay for the sandwich so it's not like they missed it while I was ordering. And since I already waited 15 mins for my "food" and drove back to my work I did not have anytime to go back to get my sandwich. Very disappointed to...
