Where do I begin? This store has to be one of the WORST restaurants I've been to. To be fair, I've gone to this restaurant 2 times before today and the ladies who took my order were very good with their customer service. Now, on this 4th of July at 9:20a... I waited in line at the drive thru. I was second in line when the car in front of me drove off for having to wait over 5 minutes. I should have been next. A car then pulls up in the lane next to me and was able to give their order right away. At which point after waiting almost 15 minutes by this time, I pulled out of line and went inside and requested to speak to the manager on duty (Devin). I explained to him what my complaint was and requested a discount for the inconvenience and time wasted. He took my order and it was another 15 mins before I got my order. While waiting, others had come in for the same reason, another couple came in to say their order was wrong and poorly prepared and demanded a refund vs a credit that was offered. There was no sense of urgency or delegation/leadership to improve the crews performance. Both lines in drive thru are now to the street. I could add more but I'm hoping this paints an adequate picture. I've stopped going to this particular restaurant before and after today, will NOT return as the service is poor, I'm not paying to receive attitude when none was given and to top it off, I don't trust that my food from this point on won't be tampered with in someway. I pray that corporate takes time to read this. The next closest store @7480 Old National Hwy, Riverdale, GA 30296 isn't much better. I've given both restaurants chance after chance and they've failed miserably. Until corporate steps in and retrains the staff or cleans house, I'll warn anyone to be advised, you may receive slow service, poor service, attitude/rudeness also check your order prior to leaving. Read moreI would give a zero in all categories if I could. I go to the drive thru and both Order kiosks are out of order. It takes at least 10 minutes to get to the first window to order. My husband orders a #7 ( ketchup and mustard only) with large fry and coke. Then he orders 4 cheese burgers and 2 large fries. The boy makes a mistake and has to ask for manager codes 3 times to correct the mistake. Then we have to repeat our order again. We give our money and it takes forever for him to count out our change. Finally we get to the second window to wait once again. Then the second guy asks if we ordered 5 burgers and 3 fries. We repeat our order for the 4th time. When we finally received our food, we only had 5 burgers. I went inside to let them know and the blonde girl who was evidently in charge, asked to see my receipt. I told her we didn’t get one. She said she would have to pull it up. I told her what we ordered and she said we only ordered 5 burgers. That’s when I repeated ONCE AGAIN what we ordered. She said that she could give me another burger but she would have to charge me for it. Well how do I know what paid for when i didn’t get a receipt? I explained that the guy kept getting our order messed up and she said he was new. Well that’s not my fault. How hard is it to get a #7 with ketchup and mustard only with large coke and fry with an additional 4 burgers and 2 large fries messed up? Read moreThe owners or management staff must be outside of their minds! Not only do customers not want to see the backside of people handling their food because their pants are halfway down their thighs, but as a food delivery person... they made me wait 15 minutes standing there before telling me they lost my delivery order. Then they handed me my recipients cups and asked me to fill the drinks! I'm not supposed to prepare customer's food. I took the cups to the drink area and the ice wasn't working anyhow. There were only two customers at the counter and one had came back because her food was bad or stale, and the other came back because they left items out. The guy behind the counter literally threw her sandwixh in the bag unprofessionally. Unfortunately, I had to unassign thr order after 30 minutes wasted. 12/10/23 approximately 17:25 - 17:50.
The previous night or so that I picked up there, I heard unprofessional talk about a female applicant who had just applied to work there.
I will NEVER eat here and will reject all orders for delivery.
