I ordered two Happy Meals for my children and as I was in the car handing the boxes to my boys we realized there weren’t any fries in the meals. I walked back inside and saw a young man in a collard shirt leaving from behind the counter and coming out onto the customer side and I politely asked him if the Happy Meals no longer included fries. His response was “I don’t know, I’m going on break. You’ll have to ask one of them.” as he points to one of the employees running a cash register. I walk up to the counter and as I’m waiting to be serviced he stands behind me and then says “By the way they do come with fries.” I tell someone about the situation and they immediately apologize and prioritize giving me two fresh fries and then the guy steps up to the counter and starts ordering his meal. At this point I’m curious and begin talking to him. “Excuse me, you work here right?” I ask to which he replied with a simple “Yes”. I then ask “What’s your position here?” and to my surprise he responds saying “I’m a manager in training.” I then responded with “As a manger you should know whether or not your Happy Meals come with fries.” and he says “I know and I was thinking to myself I’m going on break and didn’t want to say anything.” I told him “Regardless, you’re a manager. I wasn’t asking you to do anything, just a confirmation on whether or not fries came in the meal.”
This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order at the North Montana/Custer location and to be honest the only reason I still purchase from there is because my family occasionally wants their fries which they keep forgetting to put in...
Read moreI usually would have given this McDonald's at four or five star ever recently I had an incident while I pulled into a slightly number one for curbside pickup and I paid for two Sundays, and a sweet tea and the lady came out with a sweet tea only and told us that ice cream machine was broken, I was kind of upset but okay whatever she returned my change to me and I will about my way listen until later I realized when I was attempting to make a purchase that I was charged three different amounts on the same day for anywhere between 11 dollars to $26 worth of food which I did not order and I did not receive. upon attempting to speak with the boys about it that night they referred me to the manager the next morning I don't remember her name but I remember she had purple hair I then spoke to the manager the next day and unfortunately she dragged me back to the website to report that I had been charged excessively and unintentionally for meals I did not receive and I did not order upon visiting the website and trying to contact customer service corporate office that's why I have it yet to receive any of my refunds for any of the money that was taken off my card wrongly and incorrectly still working on that right before I'm kind of getting frustrated so if it wasn't this for the sensitive I wasn't given this...
Read moreWent through the Drive Thru and ordered a filet of fish. I ordered it cooked fresh on a toasted bun. NOT steamed. I also ordered a strawberry cream pie and large coke. I got my order and it was wrong, once again so I went back through the DT. Told them my sandwich was wrong. They had me pull forward. I told them I had ordered the filet to be cooked fresh on a toasted bun and the one I got was on a steamed bun and the fish was old sent me to the next window when I had 3 different people ask me what was wrong and after explaining it over and over one of them asked me to pull forward and they would bring it out I pulled forward and waited and waited so I was going to eat my pie. It was so old the filling was dried gel. Super gross. The time was 4:57 and the sticker for serve by was 3:00 so 2 hours past serving time. After about 15 minutes they finally brought my filet out and dropped it through the window. Not one word to me. I opened my sandwich the filet was on a toasted bun, but toasted black.
