I have been here about four different times and I have given them many chances by coming openly hearted and kind since I do work in the service industry. But every time I have gone in, they are rude, they have denied me food for no explanation Other Then they didn’t want to serve me something that I had ordered because I mentioned I haven’t liked something in the past to my friends, they have pushed us out of Panera when we were not there for more than 10 minutes (not being loud or rambunctious either), 2 out of the 4 times. Other times I have ordered through the drive-through and They are short with me and irritated with me. it may seem like I went in and acted like Karen but I did not. I do understand the difficulty with the service industry and how hard it can be so I do my best to be very Patient and an easy customer,/accommodating person to deal with. I will not complain easily and I won’t have issues if you’re out of anything, or if someone’s simply having a bad day and takes it out on the wrong people but, 4th time in a row is kinda concerning. Read moreI’m not giving 5 stars across because of some issues. I def think they can work out. I personally have had great food and service both times I have been with one exception. When I ordered a latte the girl helping who I assume is knew, know how to add my extra espresso shot was like no it comes with 2 shots. Well yes I know but I want one more. And she was acting like I couldn’t have an extra. The sign literally says, add an extra shot to any drink, on the board. So I said I’ll pay for it then. But either way you’re adding an extra shot I really don’t care if you think 2 is enough. Anyway there was that. And when my husband got his sandwich, a bacon double take, it literally came out with no egg on it. So whomever is expediting and plating probably needs to be paying more attention to quality before saying an order is up. I have had lunch before and it was great. I always get a half and half, soup and salad or sandwich. No issues. Everyone is very nice. The gentleman working today was attentive and kind. I just think they all need to read the menu and know what’s offered before saying we don’t do that or won’t do that. And know the ingredients of what goes on the food. Read moreSpent over 30 minutes trapped in the drive thru, really wish they would have made an escape lane for days like today. Finally was able to order, paid, and then still waited another 10 minutes for a half a sandwich. As you can see, I have melted cheese on the outside, cold cheese not even close to melting on the inside, and cold chicken to go with it.
