I’ve been going to this little Caesar’s for the last year and will not be returning. This site is always understaffed and food is lukewarm at best. However, I will share tonight’s experience for this review. I order my food at 545 and was issued an estimated pickup time of 6:12-6:17. I arrived at this location at 6:12 and decided to wait inside although my food was not ready yet. During my time there I noticed there was only one worker manning both the front and cooking. One other employee entered and left just as quickly so I am to assume that was the single delivery driver employed. Two people came in during my wait to ask about hot n ready pizzas, the response by the worker was, “let me see if this pizza is still good or not”. At one point a man came in, ordered the cheese pizza bites, paid his $4.36 and left. After which the worker returned to the back to continue cooking. Maybe within a minute the man came back in, took a 2 liter cherry Pepsi from the refrigerator at the front, walked out and left without paying for it. How much inventory must you lose weekly because customers have gotten wise to your practice of leaving your facility understaffed and the front of your store unmanned? My food wasn’t ready until 6:42. Let me rephrase that, I wasn’t GIVEN my food until this time because I watched the majority of it sit on the table in the back for a fair portion of my wait. My food wasn’t even warm when I got it to my car. To the owner of the establishment, do better. Keep your establishment appropriately staffed or shut down. There is another little Caesar’s just 4 miles away from you on Culebra and they will be receiving my business from this day forward. To the poor employee being worked to the bone for what I assume is barely minimum wage, I hope you find an employer who values your time and work because this owner clearly doesn’t care to adequately support his...
Read moreI usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at this Little Caesars has been consistently terrible. A few months ago, I ordered a deep dish pizza for my family. When we started eating, we realized the dough was completely undercooked—still cold and elastic, like it hadn’t even been baked.
I left a review at the time, hoping the staff would see it and improve. A month later, I gave them another chance, thinking maybe it was just a one-time mistake. But again, the deep dish pizza was raw and inedible in the middle.
Thinking maybe the deep dish was just too much for them, we tried ordering the stuffed crust pizza instead. Surely, with a thinner crust, it couldn’t possibly be raw again, right? Wrong. The pizza was still undercooked.
How is this happening every single time? I’ve baked frozen pizzas at home for years and never had this issue, let alone at a "professional" pizza place. It’s clear that either the staff aren’t trained properly, or they simply don’t care about the quality of the food they serve.
As someone who is military, and knowing the owner of this location is also a fellow veteran, this makes the situation even more disappointing. I would expect a higher standard and commitment to quality from someone who understands the importance of doing things right.
What’s even more frustrating is that the owner only seems to reply to five-star reviews and ignores the bad ones. It feels like genuine customer concerns are just swept under the rug instead of being addressed.
To make matters worse, Little Caesars keeps sending emails asking for feedback, but nothing ever changes. At this point, it feels like no one cares about the customers at all.
For now, I’m done with Little Caesars. If you want properly cooked pizza, I’d recommend going...
Read moreOrdered online to pick up order at store. I was waiting for almost an hour for the email and app to indicate the order was ready. I was parked at the front of little ceasers and it seemed very busy and people were waiting for their order. I got tired of waiting so I went into Little Ceasers and no one was at the front even though there were people waiting. Until someone came in and yelled we needed help. The guy came over and when I asked if my order was ready he immediately gave me my order. I never got an email or alert on the app. When I asked him about it, the guy was so rude he just shoved my order to me with no explanation. He didn't even apologize. So, I just walked out. On my way home the app changed that the order was ready 5 minutes later it showed it was closed. I felt the workers there was just delaying my order since they were super busy and even though my order was ready they just didn't want another person come in yet because it was so busy. I ended calling and for 20 minutes the phone was busy and not able to speak to a manager. It was 20 minutes later I got through and spoke to a manager who eventually listened to my issue and said it was an app issue. I just didn't feel like it was. My order wasn't even fresh. I'll think twice of using the app or coming to this store. The front store worker could have apologize and handled everything differently. They need better training on how to...
