Subway — Restaurant in Helotes

NO WAY TO GIVE ZERO STARS!

I would like to begin by saying that we are LOYAL Subway customers for over 10 years.

Our most recent visit to The Helotes Plaza Subway was HORRIBLE and less then MEDIOCRE. We entered the store at 0530pm and were standing in line behind at least 15 customers. I fully understand waiting, but after standing in line for 20 minutes, the Sandwich Artist rung up 1 customer and was preparing another customer's sandwich. They appeared to have NO SENSE of URGENCY.

In the middle of this rush, numerous customers were upset because they could not sit in the outside patio area. ALL tables and chairs were locked up! At 530pm?! At this time one of the Artists, decides that it would be a perfect time to unlock the patio furniture.

We decided to immediately EXIT this store and left a line standing out of the door!

We have finally decided to complain because this is the 3rd TIME we have had this experience. We understand once, maybe twice but by the 3rd time we decided it would be less PAINFUL to throw ourselves UNDER A SUBWAY!

Don't visit this store! Go to Jimmy John's across...

Went in to get a sandwich on 03/16 at 12:30pm. There were 2 girls working. The young girl working with dark hair was very sweet and patient even though it started getting busy and stressful in there she was very nice. There was an old white lady with light hair and was RUDE the second I walked up to the register. Messed up and gave my sandwich to the people before me. Which didn’t upset me, people make mistakes. What made me mad was how disrespectful she was. How is she going to be the one who messed up and be rude to me. Lady kept on asking me what kind of sandwich I had and while I was trying to tell her she kept talking over me, raising her voice and rolling her eyes. When I told her she needed to be patient and let me talk she started arguing with me. Overall terrible attitude. The sandwich tasted good but the person who made it...

This Subway location is disgusting. Both times I’ve been there, it was extremely dirty, they were always out of chips, and the workers seemed high as a kite. They were nice, but they completely mischarged for products.

The first time I visited, the customer in front of me was clearly overcharged. When they pointed it out, the staff adjusted the price to the correct amount.

The second time, I ordered a 6-inch ham and roast beef sandwich, and the cashier tried to charge me $11.99. I questioned how it could be almost $12, and he claimed he had to charge extra for the roast beef. Mind you, I didn’t ask for extra—my sandwich had just two slices of roast beef and two...
