WORST BLAZE FRANCHISE... SKIP IT! I've been to a couple of Blaze Pizza franchises and I've had great service at all of them EXCEPT this one. The girl up front was so crass and had resting stank face. My Dad asked for olive oil on his pizza (a standard menu item) and the girl gave attitude because she had to go grab some from the back. Girl, it's your job, have everything you need ready. Olive oil is popular and it's a given at this point, the menu literally asks if you want to have some spread on your pizza with the sauce. Then, my Dad starts adding toppings and she slaps everything together while throwing daggers at us. I guess she's mad that she's working on a holiday? Next, she asks me what sauce I want to which I told her just tomato sauce, no olive oil (just to be nice) as she was already irritated. Then she slams a cheese of HER choice on my pizza without even asking me which one I wanted. I was going to get the Vegan cheese and she throws on regular mozzarella. As I'm about to tell her what toppings I would like she straight up walks away and gives me a dirty look. Like what? I really don't think I'm coming back to this Blaze. You can't jack up your customer's orders and give rude looks just because your customers are customers. She needs to get a different job, the worker vibe here is toxic. You'd think it's calm here with the moody lighting and trendy lights but these people have no idea what customer service is. Each time I've come the service has gotten progressively worse, the pizza is really good but it's not worth the headache at this point. If you dare visit there's plenty of seating inside. Wonder why...
Note: I added a pic of the rude girl, management talk...
Read moreI went yesterday to get a gluten free pizza for my son who is a celiac. I've been here before and dealt with other employees that were great and took my request serious. The employees that were there 2/23/24 around 7pm were not the best. The cashier told the young man preparing the pizzas that for my order he had to get the ingredients from the bottom to avoid cross contamination. To that young man please know I did not appreciate your attitude and being dismissing of my requests. Once I saw he attempted to add the sauce from the counter I reminded him to please get it from somewhere else to avoid cross contamination. He didn't listen. He then proceeded to add the cheese that was right next to a container with croutons. Again, I repeated to please not use that cheese he responded "I'm getting the cheese from the bottom of the tray." Him moving the "top" cheese to get to the bottom is a risk. He nor any other employee listening or cared. I'm not a confrontational personal so I let it go paid for the pizza threw it away. It's very disappointing and frustrating how employees get an attitude to assist with an allergy/ celiac request. This is not a choice, employees need to have better awareness of how...
Read moreCustomer service was okay. I love that I can go spend $10 on a good size pizza with lots of veggies. I get the build your own pizza with lots of stuff on there or the half pizza half salad. The options are pretty nice for veggies including basil, roasted garlic, spinach, pesto sauce, kalamata olives and the oregano and sea salt at the end is a nice touch. Good pricing compared to other places that have less good pizza, less toppings and smaller for the price. However I don't like that they don't have straws, salt, pepper, or plates. I was able to make due with a dirty pizza tray the guy handed me instead of a plate. But like if you're sharing food, it's kind of annoying not to have something other than napkins to put your pizza on or just hold it.. so I also didn't have pepper for my salad which changes the dynamic of a meal, but still made due. And the straw thing is kind of annoying when you take your drink to go and have to drive in the dark at night with no straw. Just a preference but I don't like those sippy lids. If it's for the environment or cost effectiveness plastic is plastic, but for convenience of customers giving business it's not nice to be missing...
