DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! If you wanted to live an american horror story episode this is the place for you. I had the displeasure of staying at this Travelodge last weekend. I thought it would be a decent and cheaper place to stay for a weekend with my girlfriend when exploring Idyllwild during the day. It was disgusting and truly a horror of a stay. The room immediately smelled like cigarettes, the walls had hair on it, surfaces weren't even wiped down, multiple people had signed the headboard with names and dates. Like I get what hotels are for, but come on how long has this room not been cleaned? Mysterious stains on the curtains and chairs, mold in the bathroom, holes in the walls, the bathroom fan grate was missing and you could see the YEARS of dirt and grim not cleaned. The hotel staff was very nice and apologetic about the situation and when I asked if we could switch rooms they tried to find something, but the other options were even worse than the room we had. The door lock came off the wall screws and all when we tried to lock it. We suffered through a sleepless, stress-filled night because we couldn't find another hotel with available rooms. We checked out at 5:45 am and left that horrid place, thankfully I got a refund for one of the days, but I guess I'll have to email their managers to get a refund for the other night. There were cigarette butts all over the property, a broken crack pipe in the stairwell. Worst place I've ever...

After re-reading my May 2024 review, I've decided to add some more. Nothing seems to have improved or changed since my last review. Also, for some unknown reason, they still LOCK you out of your room EVERYDAY while your out visiting family. Then you have to go stand outside of the Office, talk through the heavy glass window & wait to get a new key card. This is for a 3 night pre-paid stay. WHY?? And don't even think about checking in a little early... they charge EXTRA for that too! During my stay, they never once changed any of the towels, made the bed, emptied the ONE & ONLY trash can, brought any fresh soap, or I far as I could tell; cleaned the room at all. Oh, and as a 70+ year old disabled senior; they do not enforce the handicapped parking spots. Which are usually taken by "visitors" coming to hang out with the "guests" all hours of the day & night. The new employees?/owners? are very hard to understand their English, through the thick glass. They don't seem to understand our questions either. BUT... when all you want is a place to lay your head for a few hours each night between visits with family; it is still the cheapest motel in Hemet. If you consider about $100/night "cheap". The only reason I don't give it 1 star is because there are worse & more dangerous motels in the area. So considering a "reasonable" price, the convenience of the location to family & just needing a temporary place to rest... it...

I wanna start out with how dirty the entrance and the lobby was. It is ridiculous to go into a place and have three dirty chairs and a coffee pot that's empty with no cups, sugar or cream available. Also not to mention a small Christmas tree in the corner. I asked to see the room before I paid for it. He was reluctant, but I did get to see it. As we're walking down the hallway, I saw doors that were scratched up, and some screens that were ripped. Finally got to my room to check it out, and I had asked him where do we park our car because there's no parking and he said you need to park it on the other side of that building. That was a negative for me. Finally got to the room looked inside and saw walls chipped a chair that was ripped and a not very fresh smell It was incredible. We left that dump and headed right to the Hamptons suites by the Hilton. I did not book this room. My cousin did for us he understood why I didn't take that place. Please people look at your rooms before you pay because you don't know what you're getting into. This was a horrible experience. I have high expectations and it was just a mess not to mention the drug deal, I did see outside the parking lot before I went to go look at the room hand of God, not lying not exaggerating do...

I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. I traveled three hours to visit Diamond Valley Lake and booked this hotel for a quick overnight stay, expecting a convenient and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. Upon arriving at 11:30 PM, I immediately noticed a significant number of homeless individuals congregating in the parking lot, which raised safety concerns. Despite my reservations, I proceeded with my stay since I had already prepaid. Upon entering my room at midnight, I found it to be unbearably cold. I attempted to turn on the heater, but it was nonfunctional. After contacting the front desk, a staff member was sent to assess the issue. I was informed that the heating unit was broken and that I would be moved to another room; however, no such relocation occurred. As a result, I was left in a room at 42 degrees Fahrenheit, all while feeling uneasy about my vehicle’s security due to the growing number of individuals outside. By 2:30 AM, I decided to leave. I packed my belongings, left the hotel, and ultimately resorted to sleeping in my car in a Walmart parking lot. This was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a safe and restful stay.

I had a reservation for 3 nights , not knowing this place doesn’t have non smoking rooms , also I had just arrived to the place and they were scoping my car already , bad people around the hotel make it unsafe , also the Biggest problem is that no disability rooms I told the lady on sep 7th my situation didn’t care ask for at least rooms non smoking she said they were all smoking also I don’t have any problems with homeless people but hotel looks like it’s all you see around charge me 326 dollars and not end up staying there due to not been able to climb stairs if you reading this stay away from this place it’s unsafe , there was a person sleeping on the side of the building , only one handicapped parking I saw in the front . Lobby was closed, regardless of day/night. No reason other than "lobby is closed". Used night window for service. Hard to hear person through window, had to lean into the exchange slot, but had no issue with front desk employee. Room was poorly maintained. A bunch of those little bugs throughout room, had some crawling on me some nights. I'm sure they were cold. Assuming they made their way in through the crevices of the door, or perhaps through the large square hole behind the toilet. Stains on ceiling and curtain. Dirty looking room overall. The room attendants maintained towels and took trash out, no complaints there. Location is solid. Across from Hemet mall and surrounded by shopping and food. Regardless, would not stay again.
