Update: 03/16/2025: it took them almost two years to the day to reply here? I did contact them the day after are my allergic response, they didn't care. I seriously do not believe that they care at all now. Did you say that you don't use sesame seeds on your pizza anymore in your response? No! You're supposed to list allergens!!!! You're supposed to give people who order online the option to have them not applied to their Pizza if you use them! Coconut, sesame seeds.... These are known allergens. If you use sesame seeds on your pizza crust after 20 years of not using it, you need to list it and give people the option to say no sesame seeds! It's not rocket science!

03/2023 So after a very long time I did order a pizza to be delivered from them and I wanted heavy sauce and salami and mushrooms. I ordered original crust. I got my pizza and I was happy and I ate a slice but then I had allergic reaction symptoms. I had to take Benadryl and do other actions that people with food allergies do and it took me a couple of days to contact them. I contacted them through Instagram. I did throw the pizza away because I couldn't eat it and I live alone and that was my food for 7 days but no I can't eat something with sesame seeds on it and who the heck put sesame seeds and poppy seeds on a pizza? I mean if you're going to do that you need to tell people when you need to list that is part of an ingredient on the pizza. You just can't put an allergen on a pizza and not expect to ever hit somebody who's allergic to what you put on it. If you're going to put sesame seeds and poppy seeds on the crust you need to tell people you're doing so!!!! You're going to kill someone!!!!

Okay in a pinch, the place itself, well don't look up at the ceiling because it shows that building is poorly maintained. I've been ordering from these people for over 20 years and now it takes an hour and a half to get a pizza. I should be at the top of the list given how long I have been a customer.

Obviously they don't really care because they don't reply to anybody's posts. But yeah I mean I've placed orders since then and every order got longer and longer and then it got to where they like weren't going to serve me because I complained and I'm like I've been a customer for over 20 years I have every right to complain about your lack of service. So I don't even deal with that anymore.

To date, years later they don't care. I thought about ordering a pizza from them today... But given how hey all you got to do is say no sesame seeds on the crust and but they have never reached out. They don't care about customers that have been with them for decades, they don't care about calling and saying hey next time you order a pizza just say no sesame seeds on the crest and we'll do that sesame seeds on the crust and we can do that. They never reached out at all because they don't care about somebody who has bought pizza from them since 2000. They make DELICIOUS PIZZA. I work about two blocks away from them and one day I think it may have been the owner or the Lead Chef I always see running the kitchen, stayed and kept open 20 minutes after they normally closed so I could get my pizza👍🏼 So five star service for sure.

The food it exemplary. Definitely makes me salivate thinking of being able to take a bite right now!! I get a kick out of there XL pizzas!! Freaking massive! I'd check them out for a big family feast!!! So five stars on Food as well!!

As for the atmosphere it is pleasant, and kid friendly.(if you have well behaved children.... LOL) Now...I do four stars because I don't understand why they have a bunch of old school arcade style games and nothing has power to it none of it's hooked up it's all just sitting there with the power off collecting dust it's no More than A conversation piece. You know it looks neat but it would be much better if it was all up and running considering it takes up 75% of their dining / waiting area. On a busy day you best call ahead or plan on waiting outside if there's a line because there's only one booth to sit at and maybe standing room 1 small family at a time inside. I wish they had a ZERO star review!

At 1st glance the pizza looks good with cheese and toppings. But, lurking under the toppings was RAW DOUGH! There has been a couple other times where the dough was not cooked completely and we ask them to remake it extra well done. This time we ordered it extra well done to avoid the remake and this is what we received. (See pictures of raw dough under toppings) I called the store and spoke with the person who made the pizza. I was told he can Guarantee that the pizza was well done and he couldn't help me. I explained that the pizza was raw dough. It was not able to be eaten. He refused to remake. I asked for the manager. The manager was RUDE!! He said they won't remake. He tried to insult me by telling me that pizza is made with dough and not rocks. I then again explained that the dough was raw. I said I could bring it down. Asked him to remake it. He said no. It's too hard to cook it well done, it will burn. I said ok, I want a refund. He said NO! We didn't mess up! At this point he was yelling at me. I handed my phone to my husband and he asked again for something to make this right and the manager said NO! THEN HUNG UP ON US!

We were stuck paying over $70 for raw pizza dough. We will NEVER go back and I warn you to take into advisement my experience and just avoid this nightmare...
