Tonight has been one of the worst experiences at any type of establishment. FIRST, Im placing the order as my son goes to pick it up via the online order drive thru pick up option. Well it asks for my payment 4 TIMES, should have stopped there, but I'm home sick and he's already there so i proceed. AFTER the 4th time I check my account and the debit has gone thru 23.11, ok. No confirmation but it went thru they must have gotten it whatever. Son calls no order need a receipt researching by everyone they changed the store for some unknown reason during my order from .2 miles away to 4 mi. away - its 930 both are open. So he drives to the other location, Here we go again, nothing.. I send my order screen shot, my bank statement from the app showing withdrawn and the G pay screen shot as well all showing total paid $23.11 time date and Store#. They decide, 2 managers plus staff, that they will honor our order "for free" - NOT FREE I PAID wth, hour and a half later son is home. Finally, WITH 2 $5 boxes, not even the drinks that come with them. I called, they pick up the phone but wont speak - 3 times!!! True story... 2 taco bells, 8 people, 1 1/2 hrs later, $25 bucks, 9 calls and the order isnt even CLOSE- i mean w or w/o receipt you SHOULD KNOW boxes come with a drink$!!?? 3 out of 5 of my family didnt eat. Thank you Taco Bell. Wow! Im so furious so heated, dont even slow down passing this place. Dont stop....

Going through drive-thru took longer than usual, and once we got to the ordering zone things didn't speed up any at all. The person who took our order could not seem to understand we wanted to order an 'Enchirito' and NOT a burrito! When they finally seemed to comprehend what we were saying (supposedly validated by appearing on the screen correctly) we still ended up waiting what seemed way to long in a line of cars that weren't progressing very fast. After we finally got to the pay window and received our order, we thought all was well. But the food we were given did NOT include an enchirito OR a burrito but NACHOS instead! We went back to Taco Bell and went inside this time where we were met with an apology and given our enchirito which was waiting for us, and told the nachos were on...
Read moreSooo let’s start off by saying I put in online order for delivery through the app. Okay once they gave the ride to DoorDash!! Stuff went bad smh. The driver couldn’t bring the order due to her app not working!!! After seeing the driver was on her way for an hour but never moved from the store I called the store!!!!! The manger had an attitude!!! Than explain to me they have my food and I can come pick up!!! After sitting for an hour is crazy. They told me to go to the app and cancel the order… I told her there was no option to cancel after you place the order smh just a bad experience I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEY APP… oh yea the manger told me they are not responsible for they app…. If anything goes wrong it’s nothing they can do… they will say contact customer service on the app… which they have no number just an email smh they just now getting back to me from an order 3...
