A random party wandered in next to us, and was intoxicated, then spoiled over into our group (which is fine) but proceeded to make everybody uncomfortable with racist comments etc. it was so audibly uncomfortable that people who weren’t even part of our party, walked over to check on us, make sure we were OK and even engage in conversation. I had pulled the bartender aside to let her know the situation, and how uncomfortable it was… so as a solution we got moved to a different table. After a few hours, our group decided they wanted to visit the arcade portion, which happen to be near the table that had made everyone uncomfortable. While we were there, the table still continued to be uncomfortable and make comments. At the end of our evening, I decided I wanted to let the bartender know how uncomfortable it was, and to let her know I would never go there alone because of fear and that’s probably not what the business itself wants… and that she could’ve played a vital role in providing that comfort/safety especially as a woman After our visit, I decided to walk back in and try to talk to the bartender Juanita who didn’t have an issue flirting and taking shots with customers all night …I calmly and quietly asked if she had a moment to spare, then I let her know just how uncomfortable I felt as a consumer and to let her know that I would honestly never go there alone because it doesn’t seem safe, and as a woman. even though I had pulled her aside, she did not do anything to help or make me feel safer. there is no security even if a problem occurs, the bartender Juanita who doesn’t have an issue taking shots and flirting with customers, clearly don’t monitor how drunk anyone gets (which can be very scary) .. and even if you try to communicate an issue with the bartenders like Juanita, she will call you a Karen and make racist comments herself. I came in to play billiards with my friends we are new to this area. The billiards was alright but then we ordered a club sandwich off their menu which is supposed to be $9.50 on Sundays. They charged us $12.50 instead, then when we showed the cashier the menu she said the menu is outdated and she cannot honor it if it’s not in the computer. Very ridiculous! How sad and unfair! Then we asked to speak to the manager and she said that they didn’t have one in today. We have no problem paying $12.50 for a sandwich when it’s due but the problem was how their menu was outdated and inaccurate. Additionally, the treatment they gave us and customer service was very poor! What kind of restaurant has a menu with inaccurate prices and then doesn’t honor their own menu price!!! 💩💩💩 How can they even run a food business without an up to date menu. Very disappointing. Very sad!! Worst part was the way how we were treated unfairly. Never coming back here again!!!They don’t deserve my business nor the business of any other def respectful people out there.
