Was searching for a good place to take the fiance to lunch, took her here based on the reviews given. I'm not sure if management changed, or the chef got replaced, but the quality of food was abysmal. The deep fryer oil was in desperate need of changing, evident by the fishy flavor in the deep fried mozzarella sticks, the omelette I got was overcooked, and the "cheese" topping was a single serve slice of american just dropped on the top, the ingredients were not even close to fresh.
The fiance's meal, eggs benedict, was even worse. The sauce had mustard in it, and it "broke" or separated, the hash browns had a strong flavor of onions, something she is allergic to, and the biscuit was undercooked.
Even the coffee tasted odd, it had a strange flavor that even French Vanilla coffee mate couldn't mask.
Until they get a new chef that is competent, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Wife and I went there yesterday, Sept 9th 2024 for lunch. Food, Service and Atmosphere were fine, the bill was not! Wife had the french dip and a soda, I had the taco salad, cup of soup and ice tea. The bill was over $40.00! I realize prices have gone up after the last wage increase but for people on a fixed budget these prices will keep people staying at home and cooking their own meals. About 12 years ago we lived in Lompoc Calif., and they put out a coupon tabuloid with all kinds of coupons for meals at all the places to eat. This is a very fine restaurant. The cooks are excellent and the waitresses are very friendly and professional.
It is handicap accessible, and there is free parking. Yes, it is up to code.
The prices are very humble. I ordered the meatloaf for $9.49. I received a salad, vegetables, 2 pieces of meatloaf with very tasty gravy, french fries, and ice cream for dessert. It was all very good!
I did not use the restroom, but I imagine they are in good order and accessible.
