I have been going to this specific building for years, and never have I had a bad visit. Staff are kind and lovely and the building is clean and neat.
EXCEPT in the past 1-2 years. I went here 3 times in the past year and had a not so good visit.
First visit this year they missed like 1 burger and fries, they were good about it and made both of them without causing a fit or arguing. Very good and kind staff
Second visit, missed another 1-2 items but were decently kind about it and made it for us again. Seemed as if they had a hard day so i understand if they just want to get out of their shift.
Third visit....Oh boy this one was horrible. Me and my dad just wanted to go and pick up some easy food for dinner, and we ended up there for over half an hour. Staff fighting with us saying that we didn't order items when we clearly did. Saying that they didn't make any mistakes on the order when we had HALF our order missing : ~3 burgers and fries missing. Stood there waiting as my father was arguing with them saying we did order items and that they made a mistake. Instead of going back and making us the missing items, they kept fighting with us. I love this place, it was really good when we were younger, but it went downhill this year. Do I recomend coming here? Yes of course! Will I and or my family ever order or come here again? Absolutely not.
If I can inform anyone coming here about something, if you come during the end of the day, be prepared to have missing items, a long wait, and some not-so in the mood workers. I understand covid was hard for everyone, but I really hope the staff can get better in the up-coming years. Maybe I'll come back in a few years to check if...
Read moreLet’s start with I do not eat fast food normally because it’s usually never right and today it just sounded so good, Carls Jr usually have a great burger, but I got reminded just how incompetent going through the drive through can be. A girl with very soft voice - I could barely hear and I have great hearing! She did however get my order correct but that’s about it! She passed me to the window where a young man cannot read apparently, he proceeded to give me a Coca-Cola of which I did not order because I can’t drink Coke and so he took it back. I told him it was for a lemonade. I even showed him the receipt and he still gave me a frozen strawberry lemonade of which I cannot have strawberry Now I’m a little concerned that my order is going to be wrong and I probably should have opened it up right then and there in front of him, how ever, I trusted the young man knew that he was giving me the correct order since he said it twice it was a double western bacon cheeseburger large Order with large fries and the lemonade unfortunately when I got home after spending almost a $20 bill. I had a large fry container with enough fries in it to barely fill a small order when I opened my burger which was very cold so it must have been sitting there for a while. It was a single, not a double Now this is what I call total incompetence when nothing in the order is correct and they lie to you and they do not know how to read. I think they need to be trained better because that’s a lot of money to put your food in the garbage and yes, I did try to call and no one answers the phone so you are getting this review And I will not be back. Read moreI come to this location at least twice a week and never have been totally happy with the service. One time I came here and ordered a beyond burger and they serve me regular burger. I didn’t realize it till I was halfway through because the taste is so similar but I knew it was different. I called the manager Modesto who was very helpful and gladly replaced it with a free beyond Burger on my next visit, but still insisted that his staff gave me the right burger. I was not even given a receipt. In fact you rarely get one at this location.Today I pulled up to the drive-through and the young lady at the window asked me to wait at the order box for minute when there was nobody ahead of me. (this is actually a regular occurrence)I waited about two minutes then placed my order. She didn’t hear me and asked me to repeat it. I clearly ordered my sandwich and A bottle of water. I got to the window and paid and then asked for my bottle of water. She said you didn’t order one. I told her that I in fact did twice. She said I can give you a cup of water. I told her no I wanted to buy a bottle of water. She proceeded to take my credit card once again but walked away and in a huff and appeared flustered. I was angry enough about that and was going to write a review and then decided not to until I sat down in my car and opened up my sandwich.The bag was presented to me sitting upright and at no time did it fall over.
