Rainbow Club Casino — Attraction in Henderson

I went to eat on October 22. 2025 found hair in my food to me they wanted to shrug it off And offered to feed me something else. I got sick too my stomach. No matter who I went to complaind. They just didn't .care. about what was going on. I asked for a corporate number .and they told me they didn't have it. There is always a mistake in that restaurant. I've complaind many times but hey just keep on making mistakes. But they don't care .about the clients that go there . because I have lived it .when things are not done right. Today oct.222025. found hair in my food .it made mesick. It's 4:45 pm and my stomach is still upset I are some french fries there and still have a stomach ache ..the people that are suppose. To be in. Charge of that restaurant in rainbow casino . They don't even care what. Happened. I will nevereat there again someone needs to talk to the. People that work in that restaurant. And they need to great clients alot better. Instead of.shruging the problems there and care about who goes to eat there. .this is not good. How they treated me .. they don't care. If they did things like this. Should not happen. There . It's to bad. .but they do t give a hoot of anything that happens there . I left the food there that had had ordered later. It disgusts me that no one care about how they treY anyone. . but this is my review. Those restaurant people you hairethdy don't care I felt. .I told them I will never eat eat there again. Only because they don't car. How I felt as I tried too tell them to why is there always a problem when one orders. .they don't care... I hope you resolve those problems there..I've even heard restaurant workers day out loud that this is the worst place I've ever worked. Rainbow Club Casino has been one of our local favorites for years and we are downgrading our rating from 5 to 3. The casino is clean and safe with great music and a very good diner-style restaurant called Triple B. But above all, the bartenders are fantastic. We've grown to appreciate them like family. We tip well and they treat us well. My partner and I are occasional gamers and scotch drinkers. We prefer single malt, but not many venues in the Vegas area will comp single malt to players. But at rainbow, they used to serve us Johnnie Walker Black which was a very acceptable comp for scotch. However in mid 2025, they stopped providing Johnnie Walker and our only scotch option was Dewers and they didn't always stock it. Then in late 2025, they eliminated Dewers. We continued to frequent Rainbow because even though there was no scotch, the bartenders would serve us cheap whiskey (J&B) and the pours were always generous. The bartenders take great care of their regulars. In Oct of 2025, our bartenders notified us that management had made yet another cost cutting measure where they could only serve tiny glasses. They looked like glass dixie cups and help maybe two sips of whiskey. This may seem like a petty grievance, but with other choices in the Henderson area, we no longer feel like 'family' at Rainbow and we will be choosing to patronize the local Station casinos where the drinks and service are still very generous! I feel bad for the Rainbow staff because they are restrained by management cost cutting measures and can no longer take care of their regulars. They also seem quite unhappy about the direction of management at Rainbow. It was great while it lasted but we will definitely be choosing better gaming options...

Another One Bites the Dust! And dust would have tasted better. This used to be my favorite place to eat in all of Vegas. I'd drive a long way to eat here, no longer. Here are the lowlights: -More expensive, doubled in price in some cases; portions, and the quality, as low as can get. -They call a potato a side! , No, it is a starch, not a side--- a side is soup or salad, or veggies, not just sucky fries. They must think people are stupid. Slow, slow, slow, I waited 35 minutes for fried chicken thinking taking that long it would be fresh, NOPE! Was old, dark brown, reheated in old fryer oil, gummy, and cold, not edible, gross AF! -I tried their steak, paper thin, flavorless, and cold again. -The service used to be top-notch, I used to bring my favorite servers X-mas gifts. Now their servers can't even pour coffee without picking up the cup by the rim, god knows where those fingers have been, butt, and all those germs from other people's cups, glasses, and dirty dishes are on mine. I tried to explain not to do this...got blank stares, no training, no experience, no good! Obviously, they no longer care about their restaurant. I will go elsewhere, in fact, I'm writing this at another, much, much, better casino coffee shop. The Rain Blow is smoky, sewer smells emanate from the restrooms, and it is so GDamned noisy. It is painfully obvious it is no longer a Peppermill property, zero class, a homeless soup kitchen, and another example of why Vegas has lost its luster...place sucks!
