My family and I are currently sitting in the restaurant as a type this review…. A lot of issues have came about even before we were seated. Our server was very nice, but unfortunately it seems as though the business in and of itself is not exactly running the way it should. I walked in after waiting my turn to be seated and was greeted by a gentleman who was obviously in charge. This gentleman was being mildly disrespectful to his what I’m assuming to be his employees, which obviously caught me off guard and I immediately found it unprofessional. Later I would find out why he was irritated with his peers when things went exactly opposite of how they usually go when we go to that Chili’s location. To keep this review as short as possible please read the list of issues that took place while my family and I were there:
We ordered chocolate milk for our 2 year out and it came as plain white milk with chocolate drizzle (not a chocolate milk)
We ordered a regular lemonade for our 4 year old and we sat and sat…. Our food and drinks had all been delivered at this point and it had been about 15 minutes. Once we had mentioned the fact that we hadn’t got our son’s lemonade a gentleman overheard and told our waitress that they were out of the plain lemonade. That was odd and very irritating because we had been waiting for that particular drink to come, but turns out it never would have, showing me that communication between employees was very poor. On top of all that once we were offered a strawberry lemonade in stead of regular, the drink tasted like terrible flavored water.
My wife is a surrogate (basically a kangaroo mom and has kids for families that can’t on their own) so she is pregnant right now and it is considered very high risk due to the nature of the pregnancy in and of itself. Ever since we met in 2019 we have been getting her the same virgin strawberry margarita from Chili’s and not just this location in particular either. We received our virgin strawberry margarita and it did not quite taste the same as usual. My wife drank about a quarter of it before finally saying to me that she thought it may have alcohol, but only a minuscule amount. I tasted it and it was most definitely not a virgin margarita. We confronted our waitress about it and she said that she was sorry that they do not offer virgin margaritas EVEN THOUGH the person who gave us the drink said “here is your virgin margarita”. Saying that virgin margaritas are not offered is false because I’ve gotten it at least 30 times before.
My wife ordered “Original Chicken Crispers” and she says she has received something else.( I don’t really care because I think all chicken tenders are the same but she wants me to include this)
In conclusion, Will I come back to Chili’s and this location? Yes. Will I still recommend Chili’s for their food? Yes. Have I had this issue more than once? No.
I will return back to this Chili’s location, but it needs to be brought to attention that there needs to be a change.

Read moreIf I could give it 0 stars, I would. I am aware that Chili's is a chain, and I don't expect the same service I would receive had I gone to a 5 star restaurant, but I do expect the bare minimum. Last night, I went to this location with 2 of my friends. We frequent Chili's as it is our favorite restaurant, so we know what to expect from Chili's. To start the night, we put ourselves on the waitlist and we were 9th in line. We waited a little while and then went to check in. Once my friend checked us in, the lady was extremely rude and told her 'there is no waitlist' ? What waitlist are we sitting here on then? I truly believe they turned the waitlist on and put 9 people in line to try to defer other customers from coming in because there were NOT 9 different groups waiting to be seated, only 2. Once she ran around the entire restaurant doing anything else but assisting us, she finally sat us in the very back of the restaurant, last table by the bathrooms. We passed plenty of open tables along our treacherous journey to the back of the restaurant. After 10-15 minutes of sitting at our table our waitress finally comes up to take our order. She rushed us and made us order our drinks, appetizers, and food all at once, which isn't my favorite because I like to sit and eat my appetizer before my food gets to me. Instead, she brings our drinks, about 10 minutes later my chips showed up, no ranch, no celery. After waiting about 10 more minutes, I asked for the 'large' side of ranch that I ordered, and she brings me back a half full, tiny side of ranch. Can't even fit the chip into the container it was so small and there was such little ranch in it. It's not like I could ask for more because after another 35-45 minutes of sitting there (not being checked on) someone finally shows up with our food. At this point, we have no silverware, no napkins, all of our drinks are empty. Poor food runner had to go get all of the stuff our waitress should have been doing. First thing to note is how gross our food looked. 1) my friends salad was brown and looked disgusting. 2) my cheese dip that I ordered as my APPETIZER came out after my meal was delivered and it was covered in chocolate sauce?????? Attaching a picture of that. Multiple times throughout our 2 hour stent at Chili's, we heard our waitress say things that nobody wants to hear coming from a restaurant. She would walk into the kitchen and scream 'OH SH!T' loud enough where the other tables around us could hear it too. One time, we saw her walking up to a table and announce 'I have to pee' as she was handing them their bill. That's not appropriate conversation for a restaurant. As we were leaving the restaurant, there were piles of dirt along the floor just left for people to walk through. Luckily my friend and I were able to step over them, but her husband was not looking and slipped in the trash/dirt. Luckily it was a young, robust male and not a frail old person who could have broken something. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Chili's. This location needs to either be shut down or be under new management before I will ever consider stepping foot back...
Read moreSteak was overcooked, ordered steak medium then when husband ordered medium rare I asked cook how medium rare looked inside and told him I wanted mine medium rare too and explained lately medium rare at different restaurants was rare and asked him to change it, he finished talking with husband but never changed it on his little electric pad that I assume goes straight back to cook, so once again as he's trying to leave I say and make eye contact " thats two medium rare ribeyes?" He nods head and says yes but never returns to pad to change it. I get a well done sirloin with no flavor and its tough but am charged for a ribeye! We ask for chips and salsa but they didn't inform us they now charge a staggering $6.99 for a small amount of chips that real restaurants don't charge for ( fast food junk restaurants however do ). Waited and waited for waiter to return so I decided to bring the bill up on the table screen. When trying to find our bill and was going through swiping screen I hit on a game but immediately hit back button and guess what was charged $2.99 for the games was passed to find out about that as well as chips so I decided to wait for waiter, he never returned and husband was mad and just wanted to leave! You see it was my birthday and a birthday tradition to go here, BUT NO MORE. IM SAD TO SAY THIS WAS OUR LAST TIME AT CHILI'S RESTAURANTS. THE STEAK WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EVER NOT TO MENTION WRONG CUT WHICH WAS AN INSULT TO MY INTELLIGENCE AS WELL. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND WOULD DEFINITELY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM GOING THERE. $80 NOT INCLUDING TIP FOR TWO STEAK DINNERS AND LOUSEY CHIPS THAT ARE USUALLY FREE AND ONE COKE AND ONE TEA. DINNERS CAME WITH SMALL AMOUNT OF MASHED POTATOES AND STEAMED BROCCOLI NEVER BEEN SOMETHING GREAT BUT QE CAME FOR THE STEAKS AND NOW THEY SUCK AS WELL AS THE SERVERS AND PORTIONS HAS SHRANK TO NOTHING . $80 FOR NOTHING NO SERVICE NO GOOD FOOD NOT EVEN A LOUSEY FREE CHIP , THEY DIDN'T EVEN BRING WATER GOOD THING CAUSE THEN IT PROBABLY WOULD HAVE COSTED OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR THE WORST BIRTHDAY...
