Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Henderson

I ordered at 3:59 didn’t get my pizza until 4:25, all i ordered was a whole pepperoni pizza and two drinks. I don’t mind the wait as much as It was the attitude that I received from Maria. I went up two times and the first she said it wasn’t ready. I Go back again, and whoever was working with her says yes, it’s ready as puts the pizza on the counter and walked away while I was asking her for some condiments. So then I asked Maria for them, and she said give me a second as she was shouting out somebody else’s order. I told her I’ve been waiting for 26 minutes here, and you never told me that my pizza was ready. She says with a lot of attitude and sounding annoyed, we called it out several times, I said no you didn’t. I was Patiently waiting and no one ever called it out. Everybody knows how amazing the food court is at Costco. This location however has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Whoever is managing that food court has no organizational skills. That whole area is a mess. They’ve got about eight workers in the back all scrambling around because there’s no communication or efficient system in place. Utter confusion and poorly laid out. There is zero space for ADA scooters to navigate through and the customers lines are a straight disaster!.
