No. 1 Boba Tea Galleria — Restaurant in Henderson

I visited here in the past and the service has been good. But tonight!! Was unbelievable. I drove 25 minutes to come here because I really enjoy the Thai Tea. I walk into the store around 7:45pm give or take a minute. There was two people sitting down to my left and no one in line. I see a female associate in the kitchen area making drinks. At one point after standing there a few minutes, she looks up to me and says NOTHING. So I patiently waited. After she makes four drinks she calls the order and the two people sitting walk up to get them. That's when a male employee comes walking from the back touching his hair and says to me "Have you ordered?" I say no one has said anything to me. That's when the lady who was sitting but now picking up her drinks says she missing one. He then begins to help her and rings up another drink. After he charges her, he then walks away to go make it. Remind you I still haven't even ordered. The other female employee starts washing dishes and still says nothing to me. That male employee comes up and hands the lady her drink and then sits down in the chair facing me and says nothing. I clearly wasn't looking up at a menu, I was looking straight ahead at him. I then finally say "Is someone gonna take my order?" His response wasn't (YES, I'm sorry, Nothing) He said he thought I would walk up to him and order when I was ready. I said how am I supposed to know that. Usually people are greeted first and then they are told "How can I help you, Can I take your order, something " He then begins to argue back and forth saying he didn't know I was ready etc. That's when I just ended the interaction by not saying nothing else. I just asked for my receipt and a managers name. He then claims he doesn't know when the manager works again. And so I asked his name. I believe he said (John or Johnny). He all of a sudden wanted to speak low when I asked that. So I couldn't really hear it clearly. But I have never experienced such POOR service here. I felt discriminated against because it takes nothing to greet a customer and they intentionally didn't. And saw me stand there for 8 minutes before I had my order taken! If you're a first time boba drinker, you'll probably give this place a 5 star. But if you had a great share of boba drinks in your lifetime, this is the worst I've ever had. I ordered the hokkaido tea with boba and egg pudding. The whole thing was like water with added sugar. None of the familiar taste of hokkaido. Boba was floating in sugar liquid that totally destroyed the taste and the egg puddinggg!!! 🤮 Please throw away your egg pudding. It seems so old that its slimy coming out of the straw and breaks down like an old eraser. It's like a slimy old eraser. And they also managed to mess up taro!? If you dont know what I'm talking about, try brew tea bar or kung fu tea. Order taro slush and or hokkaido tea. Add boba and egg pudding cause it makes it heavenly. Like a freakin party in yo mouf. Then come back here and order the same thing. Then you'll understand what I'm talking about. I've seen boba spots close because their drinks arent so good. t's been a long time since I've stopped in here for a Bobo & was craving one the other day. I also have a GC that one of my friend's gave me for my bday last year so I wanted to use that. Their new menu is huge & very busy. I was trying to find the Taro slush that I LOVE but wasn't sure which one it was so I just told the guy what I wanted. He asked which size & I told him.

I saw their small food menu posted & noticed that they were out of a lot of their food. I also notice they now carry some cute Boba merchandise. Cute Bobo stuffed animals, stickers, earrings, key chains, etc. That kept me busy during my short wait for my drink. It was a little busy in there but I didn't have to wait long.
