I stopped by to get a small snack on my way home from JoAnn's and was very disappointed. I filled out the order paper and all I ordered was a turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce and lettuce on white. Nothing else. This is what i got, soggy bread with something I think was turkey, I had to take the lettuce out because they must spray it with some kind of freshner and it smelled terrible, like a double dose of preservative, tasted like it was ready to go in the trash and oh yes, I did find something resembling turkey which I picked out and tried to eat. Normally I would expect a turkey sandwich to have a nice thick slice of turkey, not some soft stuff that looked like string. I couldn't find a table that I'd want to sit at since ALL of them were dirty. I saw three girls working, two of them standing at the cashier talking to customers. At least one of them should have been wiping the tables off. Seriously? To be granted the pleasure of this tasty treat I was charged $7.95, seriously, yes. I wont bother to stop there for a snack again and stopped a lady from coming in when I told her what I said here. Who ever is the owner of this franchise should be sending in people to observe what they are serving. That or go broke. It might be busy because people are still checking it out but I can guarantee a few months from now with food and prices like that it wont last long and then they can have a...

Upon entering the restaurant was busy but in very orderly fashion. I made my way to the front counter and placed the order. They had cinnamon rolls available already pre-packaged so I bought those as well. You place your order at the front counter, pay, and wait for your name to be called.
I opted for the Best BLT with everything on it and a bottle water. I will admit I love their sandwiches. They are all handmade with fresh bread. The aromas of the bread cooking always lulls me to want to buy more. The sandwich was stacked very well with all of the fixings. No skimpy sandwiches here at all.
Interior is nicely sized. There are several table and chair arrangements. There are several goods to buy all through out the store. Everything was very clean and staff were wearing masks to ensure good ol Covid safety. Music was playing in the background.
Would most def recommend - pricing was reasonable. Customer service was very hospitable and courteous. Even though there was a line it moved quickly. Because it is all fresh, be prepared for a slight wait - however it is worth it. It is not a fast food type...

This was our favorite bread store for years. Since moving two doors down, something has changed. Service.
Last time in here, we stood 5 minutes at the sample station, as 6 employees (2 busy, and 4 doing nothing) were up front. I even make eye contact. No one comes over. I start to feel like a homeless person begging for food. Ok, so no samples for us (this is not new lately). Fine. We go grab two of our favorite loaves of bread, and walk over to check out. Just then, the person thats been standing at the register this whole time turns and walks away (goes to talk to another employee).
Now, we are just trying to buy bread. We are the only ones in line, and there are 3 tables with 6 people total in the building, at 2:00p on a Saturday. 6 people available to help us. Nobody even comes over.
After 30 seconds or so I look over at my wife and she is thinking the same thing I am. We aren't even going to get to buy bread today. Without really saying a word since we walked in, we put the loaves back and leave.
You know, Panera Bread has never had issues...
