Terrible one of the worst dinning experience I've had! The waitress was not very good at her job took on to many table's. Her thought process was to have all these table's an I'll kill it in tips,wrong I'm in the guest service industry I believe in quality over quantity. To bad for her my check was 30.70 an I payed 31 even to bad for her again I work in guest service an also the tip industry an never do not tip something. The woman that took our order started off just fine,I gave my order an also told her to put in a Togo order about half way through our meal so when I was finished I could pay an leave with my Togo food. About half way through the young lady asked if we needed anything,I replayed yes can u please start my Togo order an bring me more fry's an a coke. 7 min later after taking on 3 more table's the waitress came back with my soda an no fry's at this time my son an I where about to finish up our burgers so bringing fry's at this point wouldn't make sence. I asked for my check that took another 6 minutes when I finally got my check I asked if she had my Togo order she quickly ran back an asked the kitchen to start my order on the fly. At this point I was finished she came back to me an said I have your order coming soon. Unacceptable! No I told her to just let me pay my bill. Now my wife doesn't get to eat,an for what a waitress who decided to take on more then she can handle if she would of gave me at least 1/2 ass service she would of gotten a 30% tip.. Hopefully by getting 30 cent tip she will catch on that quantity isn't always the way to go u never know who your serving I could of had a good day at work today an gave her 50%...

We visited the Galleria at Sunset a year ago. I thought it would be unfair to review this shopping center at the time, so I passed on writing one. It was like walking into a Twilight Zone episode as we were at the height of the pandemic, and most stores were closed, vacant, or shuttered.

This time is a complete turn-around. The mall was bustling with customers the likes I hadn't seen since well before the pandemic started. Most (not all) stores were open and fully stocked with merchandise, unlike a year ago. I would say that something less than 10% of the stores was either closed, vacant, or not open due to illness or employee shortage. There's still a noticeable shortage of employees in most stores, but they seem to be making some headway with higher pay as it should be. The mall itself was much cleaner than last year, and you see staff disinfecting constantly. There was a noticeable push to have all customers wear masks, and unlike other places, most mall-goers were wearing theirs.

It seems there's a pent-up desire for people to get out and go shopping as the number of people in the mall was significantly more than I have seen in many years. I hope it stays this way as it's much more pleasant to walk the shopping center when it's crowded with shoppers.

All-in-all, it was a pleasant few hours of shopping, and I look forward to continued progress at this and other shopping centers going into the Holiday Christmas season.

My Daughter came in from out of town on Memorial Day and we went to “Trix” Nail Shop inside the Galleria Mall. An older male nail technician proceeded to do my pedicure. After he finished my pedicure, I was escorted to table and he wrapped my nails in foil. Two customers came into the shop after my pedicure. The male nail technician left me at the table and proceeded to give the Caucasian customer a pedicure followed by a manicure. The customer told the male nail technician that she was here visiting from Los Angeles. The male nail technician never said someone else will assist you. After sitting for approx. 30 minutes, I got up from the table and told my daughter I no longer wanted to get my nails done. My daughter insisted that I get my nail done because it was suppose to be a special gift to me. The female technician who was working on my daughter nails, proceeded to give me a gel manicure. We were charged $120.00 for two French pedicures and two gel manicures. I believe the male technician was the manager because he was telling the other nail technicians who to assist. Certain customers were told to return in 15 minutes for services and other customers were assisted on the spot. Nail Trix receives a negative 10 for customer...
