Crumbl — Restaurant in Henderson

I know firsthand how small efforts can be so impactful and make someone’s day. Regardless of the industry - business, healthcare, education, etc. the lengths and “extra mile” one takes are completed without hesitation, with nothing expected in return, outside of good outcomes/good karma down the line.

A double edged sword and reflects the type of world we live in - random acts of kindness are deeply felt, because there aren’t enough of them being spread around or acknowledged enough? Or do we focus on the fact that even though inconveniences or dishonesty exist, there are still people out there who uphold commitments and still willing “go the extra mile”?

I ordered through the crumbl app and disappointed to find out after “my dash driver cancelled my order.” I just took it as a sign that maybe I should just opt for some vegetables instead and accepted the loss. I called the actual Henderson store NOT to complain, but just to confirm I would be refunded, and determine why my app was still saying my dash driver was “1 minute away” for the last 10-15 minutes.

Long story short, I spoke with Christian, the owner, who explained that the third party delivery driver likely dishonestly cancelled my order and kept my cookies. Responding with an “are you serious” but also laughter, Christian and I briefly continued the conversation, mentioning to him I had ordered the cookies after a 10 hour shift at the hospital and i was just trying to unwind with some crumbl cookies. I was getting ready to hang up after he assured they’d take care of it, but Christian went the extra mile to retake my order and personally delivered the cookies I never received the first time, to my door.

Crumbl cookies are already delicious amazing, but these efforts are truly a topper, and speak to the integrity of the person running a business. He refused to take the tip I kept insisting on giving him.

Just today, someone voicing their appreciation for my role in their care meant the world to me. And I hope my words now about this business can carry weight to anyone reading it. Crumbl Henderson, thank you and highly encourage everyone to...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. SEPERATELY, DO NOT EVER USE DOORDASH TO ORDER FROM THIS STORE. SPECIFICALLY, DOORDASH DRIVER KORBYN stole the food. Doordash is actually aware of this driver: I ask customer support "where is my order as I see its completed but was never handed to me, please contact the driver to ask where my order is", as I have it in the directions. Their reply 5 seconds after my question: "I called the dasher but I did not get a response I called the dasher he said he is on his way to another drop offYour order will arrive is on its way".

I try not to go here often because if I eat enough of these I’m going to turn into a Crumbl cookie! lol My favorite is their sugar cookie! I’ve bought 6 @ a time & will individually put them in a zip lock baggie & stick them in the freezer for later. I do love eating them straight out of the freezer. I can taste the almond extract that is used in them, reminds me of my family Xmas cookies!

I just picked some up tonight & really liked the cannoli even though it tasted more like cinnamon. I tried their cinnamon square which tasted nothing like cinnamon/cinnamon bun. Had a taste of the Oreo cookie one that didn’t really taste like an Oreo…lol

I still have to try the rest but I like to cut them into 4 pieces to make it easier to share with others & portion control.

I haven’t been a big fan of all their fancy flavors just their yummy sugar cookie!

Staff is always friendly. Even if you order on the app to go inside to pick your cookies up they’re never ready. You tell them your name @ the counter then they put your flavors in a box & they will show you them before closing the cover.

I love the app because you accumulate points which is turned in Crumbl cash & you can use the amount towards your cookie(s) purchase. You even get a free cookie for your birthday with the app! Thank you!
