Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Henderson

Called to place an order and asked to have my food lightly cook and was immediately told no.When I asked why I was told that another customer had asked for the same thing and because they had complained they had got sick he said he wouldn't do it again.I asked for the manager and was told I was speaking to him.I had informed him that I had ordered my food several times this way before and was told,we'll if its a problem I could order food somewhere else.I asked for the district managers number and then was told we'll it isn't going to do me no good this late so just call back in the morning.I then asked what the problem was and why he was being so rude and at that time he said I refused to give him a name or phone number to make an order and that is why he wouldn't place the order.i had informed him that I was already on my way and I would be there in a minute,. When I walked in I informed him that I was the one on the phone and that I would like to have the DM number at which time he said I don't give out personal numbers.Isaid we'll there has to be an 800 number that I can call,so he walked away came back and started to saddle of numbers to me and I asked him if he could write it down.As I said thank you and again said to him I understood that another customer complained after asking for the same thing but that wasn't me a driver came over and interjected herself into the conversation and I politely told her I was already speaking with the manager and please stay out of it I got told not to speak to his employees that way. I am not sure what his attitude was if he was having a bad day or what but I have never been treated with such disrespect.I could understand if I was being rude,yelling and causing a scene but I wasn't.I will never take my business to this store ever again and as long as I Live in the area I will never recommend this...

These employees are the most rudest people ever. They messed up my order on thier own and when I kindly asked for it to be re-delivered, the guy then was ruder then ever. Told me he could take it back but they would have to recharge me for a whole new order, and he was one of the managers.. I called to speak to the other manager who's name is Travis and the guy then told me "what do you need to speak to him for , he's busy" explained the situation . He apologized and then said I can refund it but it'll take 5 to 10 business days. When i didnt agree with him, He then placed me on hold without even saying anything to me and got Travis on the phone. Travis was ok. But after he fixed my order he hung up without saying anything. I called back , asked him if they were going to send my correct order and he said "yes I told you we were" And hung up AGAIN! A different delivery guy finally got here after like 45 mins. Had a major attitude. Snatched the receipt out of my hand and crumbled it. I still said thank you and he just rolled his eyes , turned around and then peeled out of my neighbor hood (while there were kids playing in the street) I will never order from then again . They were all so rude , I didn't even eat my food. For all I know , they probably spit in it. Called corporate and they reimbursed...

Ordered a large pizza. Ordered it with the white sauce thinking it would be good and it wasn't..then I called spoke to manager told him my pizza was beautiful and they did a great job but I could not eat this pizza with this white sauce. He told me he couldn't remake me a pizza just because I didn't like the sauce. I told him I paid for the pizza and didn't realize the white sauce would taste so bad. He said he couldn't remake because that would be 40 dollar pizza he was giving out.. I was shocked by his answers. Any good restaurant will remake someothing for you if you can eat what's on your place because it taste bad. Horribly disappointed. Thing is I haven't ordered from this location in forever, I wld say over 5 yrs because of bad service..so I decided to give another try. So that's it folks make sure you know exactly what you want on your pizza because they don't refund, credit or remake..seriously annoyed and disappointed. $27 down the drain.
