HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!! I have been a loyal Dominos customer for 3 years, literally ordering every weekend. On New Yearâs Day, my order took over an hour to arrive, despite the app telling me it was a few minutes away on multiple occasions. After finally receiving my order, I called to speak with the manager to see if there was anything she could do to rectify the situation. I spoke with the assistant manager, Kaitlyn, who continued to make excuses as to why the pizza took so long and said it was very possible for that to continue to happen in the future. She didnât offer an apology or say it was unacceptable service. She continued to defend herself without offering in any way, anything to appease us. She then actually hung up on us. When we called back, and she said her general manager would handle it the following week. The next week, no one called us, so we called back and asked to speak with the general manager whose name was also Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn also defended the store and her assistant manager with no resolution. It wasnât until I asked if we could at least get a free pizza because of the situation until she offered to refund us for our pizza that day. I said thank you and accepted.
The next time we tried to order on the app, the app said the store was having difficulties with online ordering, so I decided to order from another pizza place. Then, the next weekend, the app said the same thing; it was having difficulties with online ordering. This time, I decided to call Dominos to order instead. The second I told the girl on the phone (Kaitlyn) my phone number to order, she said, âOoooh, umm⌠the last time we talked, you said you were never going to order from us again, so I disabled your app.â Then she proceeded to tell me that that I was more than welcome to come into the store for a pick-up order, but I wasnât allowed to order delivery anymore.
I am LIVID. I have never in my life had a store or restaurant tell me that I wasnât allowed to order from them anymore. What GM would EVER do that or handle the situation like she did?? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will definitely be contacting the corporate office after this. BOTH Kaitlyn managers need proper training in management or need to be fired. Period. This experience was horrendous. Dominos has now lost a loyal customer who ordered 4-5 pizzas from them on a weekly basis for the past 3 years because of their poor ability to handle...
   Read moreAssistant Manager George just flat out lied to me I ordered my pizza on Saturday at 1:03 p.m. we've got delivered at 2:43 p.m. and it was lukewarm where the light came in was I called about 1:33 an hour and a half later and asked where was that the website said it was going to be 35 to 41 minutes we have been an hour and a half waiting when I called the store I talk to George and George after being on hold for 4 minutes and 50 seconds I asked him why it was taking so long he said the computer did not let the people know that it was going to be a two hour wait so therefore he told me because of the rain that all of his drivers was taking extra time to make deliveries however when the driver came to my house I asked him I said there's probably a lot of people upset with you and he said the problem is that there was only one driver on staff today or within the period that I ordered so he's the only driver making deliveries so therefore we need to have some Integrity former assistant managers if they're going to have one driver and someone asks why let's just be honest and not give him a BS story very disappointed I don't mind waiting if I'm told the correct reason I just hate waiting and being lied to shame on you George be...

I used to work at Domino's so I understand their food policies and their ways of food making. I understand Domino's isn't the best food place in the world, but they still have some standards and after last night I will never be going to this location and possibly other locations again.
I ordered a medium pizza, stuffed cheesy bread, and the chicken carbonara pasta bowl for me and my family. What I received basically wasn't food, but we were hungry and tired after a long day so we ate it. On top of that the pasta bowl was half empty (I know the amount of pasta, bacon, mushrooms, and onions that is present in a carbonara bowl still) and they usually have to weigh it.
Big mistake to eat the food. Me and my family are still sick from this food. I could describe it in detail, but let's just say basically our souls, hopes, and dreams were coming out of us in the restroom and still are. I was hoping to be done with it after an entire night of being sick, but I'm most likely going to have skip work/university because I physically cannot be more than a few yards from the restroom today.
