$20 for a meal is crazy. And for it to only be a single patty is even more wild. It's not like the burger is special or anything. In n out meals are $8 for the same thing. There is nothing justifying $20 for a burger and fries. I can go to Korean BBQ for $20 and have all I can eat. But I spent $20 here and I am still hungry after eating this tiny burger. Also, when you are paying $20 per person you are usually getting some type of service. Like, taking you to your table or bringing you drinks or presenting the food nicely. This place does none of that. You wait in a line to place an order then when it's done they call you up to come get it. I'm paying $20 and you can't bring me my food? The employees were happy and seemed to enjoy their jobs and didn't act like I, nor the few other people there, were bothering them,which in turn made a way better burger than someone who is mad about having to do their job. I had a double bacon cheeseburger. It was tasty and not overcooked. I also ordered a small side of fries (and this was my favorite part) they placed the burger in the bag first, then the small side of fries, and then to my surprise they dumped a small pan of fries (looking to me like 1.5-2 × the amount of the little bag).
