If you’re seeking a healthy and satisfying dining experience in Las Vegas, look no further than “Gung Chae,” a remarkable Korean restaurant redefining wholesome eating. The ambiance exudes a perfect blend of modern simplicity and cozy charm, enhanced by traditional Korean elements that create an inviting atmosphere for your meal. With a friendly and attentive staff, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you walk in. At “Gung Chae,” the menu is a treasure trove for health-conscious diners, boasting a diverse selection of fresh ingredients along with plenty of vegan and gluten-free options. From colorful bibimbap bowls to rich, flavorful kimchi stews and expertly crafted combo dishes, each plate is thoughtfully prepared to deliver a well-balanced, nutritious meal without sacrificing taste. I had the pleasure of trying Combo A, and it truly exceeded my expectations—an ideal choice to satisfy your hunger while nourishing your body. “Gung Chae” stands out as an exceptional destination for anyone craving a healthy Korean dining experience. The delightful combination of tasty, nutritious dishes and a warm, welcoming atmosphere makes it an absolute must-visit in Las Vegas. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Korean cuisine or just discovering it, you’ll leave feeling fulfilled and invigorated. Enjoy your meal! 😊

The first time I visited, the food was absolutely amazing. The owners and chefs clearly knew their food, and it was the best meal I had. Unfortunately, after the owners stopped being present, the quality has gone down. The chefs now seem not to care — the soups lack flavor besides just red chili spice, and the rice portions are smaller. Today’s meal was very disappointing: instead of a good mix of vegetables, I only got mostly onions with a little mushroom, no egg, and just five small pieces of chicken that had no flavor. The dish felt incomplete and poorly prepared. This place needs a new chef who can bring back the original taste… The wait staff also needs improvement. Servers should communicate better with customers — for example, letting them know in advance when something costs extra and remembering to ask about the punch card. They need to know the Menu when costumer asking about menu….Training is also important for hygiene. If a server sneezes, they should wash their hands immediately and absolutely not sneeze near the drinks and packing food area … Sanitation it’s very important…

Wanted some quick korean food without committing to a full scale korean BBQ experience. Did a quick Google search and gave this place a try as we live 2 miles away. Located right next to Vitamin Shoppe on eastern. We didn't have any issues finding parking around 515pm. The menu is pretty extensive for a small shop like this. I had the kitchen stew. Companions had the combo meal with bulgogi and noodle. Combo meals was $22.99 plus $2 for a beef/ seafood stew add on. The stew meal was $12.99; it came with a regular size korean soup bowl, a cabbage salad, kimchi and rice. I ordered it spicy but it was not spicy to me at all. The flavor was decent but nothing spectacular. Bulgogi was disappointing as it was pretty bland. For $22.99, it was disappointing. They do have homemade kimchi for sale as well as mochi dessert. We didn't try the mochi but the kimchi was not bad. Overall, we probably won't return as it's too costly for the quality.

Gung Chae Korean Healthy Kitchen isn't just a restaurant; it's a statement. Nestled in Henderson, this gem redefines Korean cuisine with an unwavering commitment to health and flavor.

From the moment you step in, the clean, minimalist ambiance sets the stage for a no-nonsense dining experience. The menu screens, boldly visible from the entrance, declare their offerings with clarity and purpose.

Their bibimbap? A powerhouse of nutrition that doesn't compromise on taste. The kimbap selection is a revolution in affordability and freshness, standing tall against any competitor in town. Each roll is a testament to their dedication to quality ingredients.

The combo meals are a force to be reckoned with. The marinated chicken paired with jelly acorn cold noodle soup is summer's answer to beating the heat while nourishing your body.

Even in the face of miscommunication, Gung Chae turns challenges into opportunities. Their response? More food, more flavor, more satisfaction. It's not just service; it's a commitment to excellence.

Gung Chae isn't trying to impress; they're here to deliver. Whether you're refueling post-workout or seeking a healthy family meal, this is where your search ends and your journey to better eating begins.

In a world of culinary compromise, Gung Chae stands unshaken. It's not just food; it's fuel for those who demand more from their meals. Step in, power up, and taste the difference that unapologetic dedication to health and...

Gung Chae Korean Healthy Kitchen – Anthem, Henderson ★☆☆☆☆

I had high hopes walking in, but this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The portions are shockingly small for the price — my bibimbap had less than half a cup of meat, and there was no option to choose my sauce. For a dish that’s supposed to be hearty and customizable, it felt stripped down and joyless.

We ordered three bibimbaps, one hot pot noodle, one kimbap, and a #38, and the bill came to $80. For that price, I expected generous servings, fresh aromas, and warm hospitality. Instead, the food was meager, the smell in the restaurant was unpleasant, and the atmosphere felt cold and sterile.

The staff seemed disengaged and unfriendly — no smiles, no warmth, no effort to make us feel welcome. The dining room itself lacked any inviting touches; it felt more like a cafeteria than a place you’d want to linger.

When you combine tiny portions, high prices, off‑putting smells, and a lack of hospitality, it’s hard to justify coming back. I left still hungry, frustrated, and feeling like I’d wasted both my time and money.

I do not recommend this restaurant. I suggest you go a few blocks to Bibim Kitchen Korean Rice Bar — now that’s...
