This isn’t my first time at Kikis, but my recent visit was even more extraordinary because I got to run into Goliath, and now he’s the manager at Kikis in Las Vegas.
My recent visit was an absolute delight, especially thanks to their exceptional breakfast menu.
The star of the show was undoubtedly the crispy, perfectly cooked bacon. I’m a bacon lover, and let me tell you, this bacon was savory with just the right amount of crunch. It was paired perfectly with golden, seasoned home fries that offered a satisfying and hearty bite. And the cinnamon pancakes were simply divine—fluffy and infused with the perfect hint of warm cinnamon, complemented by a drizzle of syrup that tied all the flavors together beautifully.
Our wonderful host, Josh, made the experience even more memorable. He took his time to explain the menu and drink options with such enthusiasm. The variety was impressive, accommodating different tastes without compromising on flavor or presentation.

I mentioned that and they were more than willing to bring me new. I said it was fine. Almost immediately the manager was over offering to make things right. Turns out they got mom’s eggs and mine switched. So it all worked out fine. I say all that because I was very impressed with the staff. The manager wanted to make everything right. The staff works well together, helping on another. Everyone was friendly and courteous. But I want to give a special shoot out to our waitress Zoe. She was kind, very friendly and very attentive to our needs. We received excellent service. Oh, and the food was pretty darn good too. Literally only one negative comment. I was really looking forward to having cheesy grits but they were quite bland. My suggestion-put your mark on those grits and own them! Don’t make them bland to feed...
Read moreGOOD BREAKFAST, SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. Keke's on St. Rose Parkway has recently opened so my wife and I gave it a try. Server was pleasant and took our drink order quickly. Iced coffee was good and glass size was large. Food was delivered quickly but the server never gave us silverware and we wound up waiting for3+ minutes waiting for it. The cheesesteak omelet was tasty but had cooled off by the time we got our silverware. I liked the fried potatoes. The cheese grits were ok but not worth the cost. Without saying they charged extra for Texas toast and my wife's sourdough toast - so ask while ordering. Service was slow but the place was not busy - and it took forever for the server to refill my wife's soft drink. Overall the food was good (albeit cold) but the service really needed...
