McDonald's — Restaurant in Henderson

I hate how places/employees have to argue with you about stuff. It's always something stupid too. I had a winning game piece for free McCafe so I got a strawberry shake and i told her i wanted to scan my punch card. now the game piece is the exact same thing as if I had purchased one it's not a coupon it's not a promo it's as if cash transaction because they get reimbursed for it so therefore I wanted to scan the punch card on my app. The punch card is on the McDonald's app. It is for buy 5 any size McCafe get one free McCafe. She said you can only use one coupon. I said I'm not using a coupon it's a punch card. It's for the buy 5 get one McCafe. She's Like the what? I said it again. she's said no that's only good for the frappes. You know first off I've been using this for shakes only for the past year and a half, so I know damn well it works. Also, This is not my first time using with a game piece so I know it works. So i said to her, first you don't even know what the hell i am talking about. You don't even know what the hell I was trying to use I said I just wanted to scan something but somehow you know it's not going to work for this. that I told her I've used it before I've used it other places just fine she's in still want to argue it's only with frappes I'm like you know what just let me scan the thing if it doesn't work the system will tell me the system won't allow it like I don't understand she acts like she's doing like God's work. like Old McDonald's going to come down off his farm and shake her hand because she stopped a punch card from being scanned. When it's not even her place to do it. she doesn't even know anything about what I'm trying to do in the first place. just don't open your mouth and make yourself look foolish when you don't know what the hell you are talking about and inturn anger a Customer because you just made me waste my time arguing with me about something stupid like this. McDonald's made the system smart because this is the kind of people they employ. Because if they did not make it full proof this is the kind of stuff they would get this isn't kind of customer service that they hire.and I'm not that kind of person that wants to go around and say that but if this is what they prove to me. this is what they're telling me when they treat people like this. if you have no idea what you're talking about just don't say nothing if it scans it says all you can't take it then tell me all the survey you can't take that just let the customer do what he wants to do it's a lot easier that way. In this case yes I know more than you my dog knows more than most of them. usually the ones that don't know what they talking about don't say anything. which is the smart thing to do. which makes them very intelligent. Now I know people are just trying to do a job but why do you just have to go out and argue with people out of nowhere? does that make you feel better about yourself? because Old MacDonald don't care. he's not going to come down off his farm and thank you. And now you wasted my time in the store and now you are wasting...

BEWARE!!! IF YOU HAVE ALERGIES MCDONALDS DOES NOT CARE!!! ITS UP TO YOU TO TEAR APART YOUR FOOD TO CHECK THEY DONT KILL YOU DUE TO THEIR INDIFFERENCE TO GETTING YOUR IRDER RIGHT!!!!

On June 15 i went to this McDonalds. I got 2 cheeseburgers and a large Dr Pepper. PLAIN NO ONIONS!!! I explained, i am alerguc to onions. Got my meal. Drove home. Looked good. I ate a burger. Somehow i did not bite into the onions they put on them. About 30min later my mouth started to feel funny. Started to swell. I called them and told them, they fed me onions. If it got worse I'd have to go to the e.r. Told my ex-wife. I have never had to go to an ER so i didnt think so this time. My whole mouth and lower face swole up to my eyes. My right arm and hand went numb til the right two finges and right side of my hand started tingling. I started having trouble. I went to the Urgent Care 2 miles away. I got a Steroid Shot, i got a Steroid Panel (28 pils in 7 days) and 2 other steroid pills for a week. On the way home i put in a report with the manager at McDonalds. She apologized a few different times. I went home, opened the second one, and found a pile of onions, nothing else, on t b e burger. Got mad, kicked it arouvd a room and threw it away. About 10 days later!!! A corporate shill called me, got the report and interveiwed me. Said she would investigate, csll me back. 2 weeks later she called. Said it wasnt their fault, no one admited doing it. No one remembered doing it. AND IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT OPENING THE BURGER AND CHECKING IT MYSELF!!!

Since then as a duabetic, my sugars went up with the steroids. I have to now carry an epi pen. My sugars should have come down but didnt until my medications were ALL altered. As you see in the bill, "plain, special request" no f'n onions!!!

MCDOLADS BELIEVES YOU MUST TEAR APART YOUR MEAL TO MAKE SURE THEY DONT POISON YOU WITH YOUR MEAL YOU ORDERED FROM THEIR STORES!!! BEWARE!!!...

Dang!! This location was hoppin' busy when we arrived - cars backed up in the drive-thru and you could see the lobby was packed with people waiting to place their orders - I'm so glad we placed a mobile order ahead of time! We actually did the curbside pickup and it was so quick! It seemed like only a couple of minutes passed from the time I punched in that we had arrived, and our order was being delivered to our car. Kudos to this location for having someone like Mary doing the deliveries. She came out with a big smile, gave us a friendly greeting and accommodated all the requests I had - I needed ketchup, salt, pepper and a plastic knife. She already had the ketchup, but had to go back in to get everything else - and she was happy to do so! It's so rare anymore to get someone like Mary with excellent customer service!

I just have to also mention that our food was so hot and fresh. We had gotten sausage biscuits with egg and hash browns and they were nice and hot and the biscuits were so fresh and fluffy - exactly how they should be! *The last time I got breakfast from McDonald's (not this one) the biscuit was lukewarm and dense - definitely not fresh baked. We really enjoyed our breakfast!

And I deducted one star because the ladies restroom was a hot mess!! Paper everywhere, and someone's drink cups in the stall. Maybe the manager could periodically do a quick check to see what the restroom condition is. If the restaurant is always that busy, you've gotta expect that the restroom is going to get some high traffic usage, so a periodic peek on how things are looking is probably not a bad idea. But in all fairness, it's not very often that a fastfood restroom is a good experience - definitely not as bad as a gas station restroom, but there's so much room for...
