I’ve gone to a few McDonald’s for breakfast at 5:30 am and there’s only 2 that do an outstanding job. Others may be ok but this location has never made an error with the order, it’s always hot and fresh. No matter who’s taking the order or handing it out, they are immediately taking the order, and quickly ready by the time I’m at the pay and pickup windows.
I’ve been to other locations especially Centennial Pkwy location that won’t even respond when you pull into drive through at 5:30am even though they open at 4:30am. I’ve sat there for over 5min. And you can’t even go inside bc inside doors aren’t opened yet. So just by actually being responsive gives them 2 stats.
But this is a great service location. Now for the users that give unfair reviews, yes you, you don’t think it’s you but it’s you. Yes you that gives companies bad reviews on amazon when shipping is $7 for an item that’s under $20. You that thinks all shipping should be free without thinking about amazon taking 30-40% of that order, and not considering that maybe that seller pays $17 for that $20 item and give bad reviews because you think shipping should always be free but don’t realize amazon loses $5 billion a year in shipping charges meaning whatever they normally charge is more than 80% too low. You that gives fast food places bad reviews because you went through drive through and had a large more than 3 meal, or custom order just stop already. Drive through was not made not meant for complex orders, so stop thinking the service should be fast no matter what. Drive-Thru is not for asking for no onions, or extra onions etc. if you want custom orders then go inside. You shouldn’t be in drive-thru, so don’t leave a bad review because it took long, or something was wrong. Your to blame too, because you should be checking your order before leaving but you can in drive-they go and check a 6 meal order or to see if there’s no pickles etc. or if you are doing that your the reason it slows everything down for all other customers, then they leave bad reviews because the wait was long. But that was you that caused it.
Leave a review as if you were the store and someone else had your experience. Leave a review and only say what you would directly to the manager. Too many users say things they never would in person. And watch how different your review would be. But don’t leave a 1 Star because they forgot 1 fry in a 5 meal drive-they order. Who does that help? If you think you’re hurting the store. Ha that’s funny, you really think even if a McDonald’s has a 1 Star after 1,000 reviews that would stop customers from going there?! Reviews should be done to help warn or advise other customers. So you giving a bad review for a petty reason and not fully explaining or correctly describing what happened doesn’t do...
Read moreThere are two really terrible McDonald's in the Las Vegas area this is one of the two. But this one is located in Henderson in the Smiths Shopping Center. I stopped eating here years ago because of very bad food quality. I'm not talking overall food quality I'm talking about food quality compared to other McDonalds. Last time I went here was when I got a medium caramel frappe and there was literally no slush in there it was just pure liquid like water. A frappe is supposed to have a consistently slush texture like a Slurpee or a slushie but the one I got was similar to one that had been sitting out in the sun for 30 minutes and there was no Slush at all. Since I was going through the drive-thru I just gave the drive-thru window clerk a funny look and shook my frappe around and they just looked at me like there was nothing wrong with it. I figured that someone had ordered one earlier and could not pay or they had no ice left. I had also experienced prior to this a fish sandwich that had no fish fillet in it which I thought could not possibly happen since it really is the main ingredient in a fish fillet. I saved what I had in the bag because I had to go to work and I brought it to the manager the next day and she studied the sandwich to make sure I was not trying to rip them off and she had concluded that indeed they forgot to put the fish fillet in there and she gave me a whole new meal again which was good but I was starving the previous day. That did not stop me from buying sandwiches there though until I ordered a McDouble and the meat quality was extremely bad like there was something fishy tasting in the meat and then I decided at that point never to buy food here again and only drinks until I ran into the frappe that had no slush in it then I knew I could never eat here or drink here again. Read moreThis place has the worst management out of any McDonald's I've ever been to. They do not care about walk-ins to the counter. On multiple occasions I've waited more than 20 minutes just to put in my order as i watched countless amounts of cars completer their orders through the drive through. I was even told rudely, that if i wasn't in the drive through or using the app, i was just going to have to wait. So i wait, and i wait.... On multiple occasions like i always do, only to get the wrong food, burnt food, or my food not done correctly. They failed to give me a receipt, so when I walk back in to complain, they ask for a receipt and act as if they didn't just see me 60 seconds ago. The manager is rude when I told her my food was wrong and would like it remade, and belittles me and discourages me from trying to get my food done right, she just wanted to refund me after arguing with me about food; but after waiting more than 20 min for a breakfast sandwich, i wanted my food... So i argued with her son more, and she finally decided to make my order correctly. It only took 15 more minutes this time. I've been to many McDonald's all around this country and in several other countries, and McDonald's was always known to have high standards and great customer service; normally, this is almost always true. This location is an acception to this rule. Unfortunately, this is the closest McDonald's to my home for several miles, so if i want McDonald's, I'm forced to go here and deal with the worst of what McDonald's has in management.
