We went to this McDonald and ordered a Mocha Expresso and a Large Sweet Tea with no ice ( I happen to be picky about my tea). So we waited in the drive through line for about 8 minutes before they took our order. Then, we said, " We need a Large Sweet Tea no ice and a Shamrock Mocha Expresso." The menu said Shamrock Mocha so we ordered it in shock because it had been out of season for a while. Then we waited a minute or two for the lady to say that they no longer have a Shamrock Mocha Expresso. So then we order a Mocha Expresso which is also on the menu. The lady at the window then asks us what flavor. We repeatedly tell her Mocha flavored and she just keeps asking what flavor so we finally say White Choclate. We drive up to the window to pay and then she tells us that they don't have a White Choclate Expresso. So we just say give us whatever Mocha Expresso you have. We finally pull up to the pick up window and they hand us a Sweet Tea With ice. We were already frustrated so we say we need a Sweet Tea with NO ice. So then they hand us a Carmel Frappe. That wasn't even what we ordered! We immediately say that we will just come in and get our order. So after we went in we said that we don't think the lady at the window knew what the menu items were. The cashier then said, " We apologize she is new." The manager clearly heard us and just stood there chomping on his gum doing absolutely nothing. Maybe this store currently has 2 and a half stars because of their lack of management. The whole processes took us about 20 minutes just to get two drinks. We will not be coming back to this McDonalds until they fix...
Read moreThis McDonald’s is one of a kind, it’s hard to find another McDonald’s across the United States that performs at the level that this one does. Because if they all performed at the level that this one does, there’s no way they could stay in business. Their attention to detail goes beyond belief. Look at the cups in the parking lot what a beautiful statement, and then the fries super salty and limp great. The burger at the bottom of the barrel smashed flat cold, do you think it at least be warm and everything else on top of it but no way! Not a chance. Their attention to detail goes further than just the parking lot, look at the way that sauce was expertly placed almost on top of the flat fish, but it is nice to pick up the sandwich and get a big glob of tartar sauce on you! I will say this this is the first time I’ve been to this McDonald’s in over two years, the last time I went they threw my money back at me and told me things like we’re not nice people and I believe that. But wanting to give them a second chance they went ahead and performed at the same level as before. Minus the money throwing of course. We ordered a 20 piece (which comes with 4 sauces) we asked for bbq and the new sauce which means 2 of each she rung the meal up with bbq then charged us for the new sauce, we also ordered a large drink but got rung up for a medium when we told the lady at the window she had an attitude about it, so we was like it’s fine, got the food and realized we didn’t have the sauce so we pull into the parking lot my husband went in to tell them we didn’t get any of the sauce not even the bbq, after sitting in the lobby for 10 minutes he asked for a manager, the manager came out being rude so of course he was rude back and told her if he couldn’t get any of the sauce give him his money back. They had a ride encounter with each other then she proceeded to tell them to leave her store while only giving him bbq sauce not even the new Sauce we had paid extra for. If they was out they could have said that instead of having an attitude because her employers wasn’t doing there job.
